I have not really enough astrological experience for this question, sorry.
But if I were you, I would maybe look for energies (placements of planets, angles, points, houses...) where you can develop a balance in your chart and for some asteroids, representing something like 'borders', the concious own identity...(?)

Additionally maybe there is a way to live your placements so that you can enjoy them and live the great gifts in them, for example something artistic, psychic, using your fantasy, compassion, intuition...

Although developing psychic abilities could also be exactly the worst idea in your situation, I would have to know more about what you described.
I have some experience in the area of perceiving the non physical, but just from a few written words, it's hard to say for me what you are really experiencing...

I guess that as soon as you find a positive way to live certain energies of your chart, they will not force you to live them involuntarily, by suffering powerlessly.
Also repressing/ignoring them makes it worse, maybe you need something quite far going into that Moon-Neptune-direction.
What is your dream, it is all very dreamy, why not follow it ?
Just dare to imagine and feel into what it is, it could be an energy that others would not find realistic enough to even consider to be worthwhile...but maybe it is your treasure...

I have some ideas about what you're describing, but you could have just the feeling sometimes to be very empathic, therefore influenced and not sure what to think and feel anymore...
or possibly you cannot always discern who is at the moment thinking the thought or feeling the emotion (?),
or even bigger problems, like maybe having the experience sometimes, that your thoughts and feelings are actually not even yours at all, but the result of others almost like 'taking over' and thinking your thoughts, feeling your feelings.

I have the feeling/impression you're describing the first possibility, which we all experience sometimes to a degree, and somebody with those strong Neptune/12th house placements just a bit more intense and often.

Just in case it should be worse, I could tell you more about my other ideas.

Because I guess it's just the usual strong-Neptune-thing I had the idea, you could be possibly 'repressing' some experience/perception of the non physical,
since your placements scream 'psychic' to me.
In that case it COULD be helpful for your situation/problem to just allow yourself these experiences.

But maybe that would be the worst idea for you, depending on different things only you know so far...

And if there ARE no psychic abilities that are just repressed, you cannot easily and maybe shouldn't even try to develop them, also depends...
