Four friends founded a media/TV station. Their company is now 100 employees strong and it seems to be a group of buddies hanging out and having fun more so than a place of work. That's the perception of the community who's (in part) been their audience for 20 years now, when they first started to work together on the air. Their production value is not TV standard because they decided against big sponsors who could take over. The 'lack of professionalism' draws you in and you end up finding it endearing.Their personal dynamic is super unique to me and I can't get enough of them (just like many other people). Also, because they don't spend as much time together anymore in front of the camera and dediced to pursue streaming careers individually in addition to the company.
They are Sagittarius with Sag mars, Pisces with Pisces mars, Aquarius with Virgo mars and Gemini with Gemini mars. It's interesting that they have Sun/Mars in the same signs, all mutable but one. He's just as much of a dumb*ss 
as the others, but he wants to be the leader and it seems they all gave up on fighting him on it.
I don't know a configuration like that from my own life. They're like a group of super cute small children, all hectic, all filled with crazy ideas and all with the drive to try them out, but only the Virgo mars guy seems stubborn enough to see his idea through. I think it creates tension and big fights. He has a Cancer moon so he can throw tantrums like there's no tomorrow and hold grudges. Can there be real teamwork with these four?
