Hello people.I would like to hear your experience with Pluto transiting the ascendant. This transit will happen to me in few years, currently it's 6deg away from my aqua ascendant. My father currently went trough this transit. The main thing that happened is his mother going to an elderly home, and since he took care of her all his life this was definitely a big change. Also he went trough some medical issues, but nothing major. I see him changed however, he is more calm and more at peace with life I think than ever before. My natal pluto is in the 8th house on last degree of libra. It trines my sun, mercury, venus stellium in 5th and bQ my. Chiron and semi-sextile my MC. I would be curious to hear your stories if you had this transit during your life.

To answer your question, my partner of 20 years is now going through this. It's been um..interesting. She's having to face her shadow more directly than in the past, but with a more sensitive and amplified ego as well, she is not too prone to doing this. So guidance/her Expanded self via "life" (especially, but not only, interactions and relationships with others) has to kind of force her to do this.Besides unusual situations, she has had a number of dreams telling her that she really needs to directly face and plumb her shadow more. Oh, and now she apparently has a thing for guys with strong Scorpio (especially Sun, but sometimes also Asc, and to an even lesser extent Moon). (We have an open option in our relationship). It is the principle of "Like attracts, begets, resonates with, and likes Like" on the deeper levels, since she is now more temporarily Pluto attuned. We all experience transits differently/uniquely though via how our entire chart is oriented, and due to the non-astrological factor (that can't ever been seen ahead of time) of freewill. IP: Logged |

Oh thank you, I posted it now in the other forum too. Thank you for your reply. Yes, definitely with Pluto I imagine you go deep. Probably it depends a lot also on the placement of natal Pluto and what it touches. I wonder what will be the case for me. Since is in the 8th natally aspecting the 5th, and I'm having a really challenging period in my relationship. I really lack excitement, things got really saturnian between us. For me having an open relationship with my current partner would be an option, but he doesn't want that, and he actually was really hurt when I said that I was open to that. Because I honestly have a hard time picturing myself with only him for the rest of my life. Saturn crossed my AC in 2020,I thought we would separate then, but we're still together. But it was really challenging. We were literally isolated completely (due to lockdowns) for months and had to deal with all of our **** 😅IP: Logged |

Life perspective shift/change. Plu may accompany a move of residence. Something about "what was"(past) and beginning with "what is"(present). Typically it affects all the cardinal areas of one's life in some way i.e home(Ic) , overall direction/priorities in life(Mc) and relationship shifts too (either a loss of old contacts/ties and gaining of new ones). I personally consider a move of residency(one that has permanency attached to it)as indicative of a significant planet (including Pluto)on the angles. IP: Logged |

Hello Aries.Hmmm I wander if for me it will be more career /home theme, since my natal Plut touches the 4th and the MC. When Saturn started his transit over my AC I totally changed my career path. It was a good change, but I didn't see it coming at all. But now when I look back I can see I was totally creating it myself, without even being aware. But since it was Saturn, this new path is actually connected to what I wanted to do since I was a child, but then got carried away from that path just to find it again recently and it just happened, I it's thriving. Oh I love the reward and stability of Saturn, even tho it wasn't easy and there is a lot of work commitment and responsibility involved. So with Pluto... I wander 😌 IP: Logged |

I have a Plu Aqua trans to natal Plu in Sco 1 Deg coming up March 2023. It will go retro in June the same year, then direct before progressing towards Aqua again in Jan 21 2024.So you and I both will be looking at this Planet transit more closely. On my side,I am revisiting a birth time rectified to give me Tau Asc 1Deg and the subsequent Ic/Mc Leo 2/Mc Aqu 2. The trans square from Plu 1-4 Aqua is crucial.I suspect that there will be changes noted. This especially from the career perspective(Aqu Mc). And maybe perhaps relationships? This since Plu in Sco at 1 Deg ib the 7th? When Ura progressed to Tau in May 2018, I was enrolled in College to get an education qualification. A change in career direction. Prior to that,I left my job (Mc) because I wanted change(Ura). This affected my home life (Ic)because there was less money coming in to sustain me. And this meant sticking to a lean diet.😶 My sister also left to live permanently with my parents-leaving me all alone in the house. And this changed From a relationship perspective(Dsc), there were new(albeit temporary) contacts made to align with the nature of Uranus. I consider my study life in the years 2018-2019 as more "transitional" than permanent. It was lean. But I actually enjoyed studying full time. I liked the "interruption" on that end.😊 I am still not happy with the momentum of my career. That transit could propel me forward.🙏🏿 IP: Logged | |
