I would like to learn more about your personal experience with Pluto-Venus aspect, especially in relationships, and how it is different depending on whether it's present in a synastry, in a composite, in natal to composite or in a natal of one partner. All stories are welcome! Draco/Draco and Draco/Tropical conjunctions and oppositions as well.

I wonder which kind of aspect is stronger.

Actually Moon-Pluto stories would do as well.

Natal, I have Venus/Pluto trine

My relationship synastry, we have Venus/Pluto trine, me as the venus.

To see the difference is hard for me because I have it natally, but theoretically I think soft aspect of Pluto itself is mostly having positive impact than the hard aspect which feels like a rollercoaster involving all of your emotions, like, your feelings won't let your brain to take the lead, and I don't want it. Soft aspect still let the brain take the control, balanced.

Personally, intense rollercoaster dynamic in a relationship doesn't make a stronger relationship, probably a stronger individual, but the relationship itself has a lot of hidden bitterness, scars, selfishness, anger, sadness, all of your dark emotions delivered by Pluto into the relationship.

It really depends on the person though, because some people would prefer light relationship, some would prefer heavy. Some like a peaceful simple relationship, some think a little bit drama could test the relationship if it's worth it or not.

I may be in the light relationship, so, yeah, intense doesn't always mean stronger. If the two people in a relationship are willing to learn, then the relationship will be stronger.

Venus rules my Moon, MC, Pluto and is in Aqua and in my 7th, and very closely trine Libra Pluto.

I think this translates as to having both a transformative understanding and experience of personal love. I've had intense, spiritualized experiences of personal love. For example, I am with my twin soul, which has both presented extra challenges, but also gifts and unusual positivity.

Making a retrospective of my past significant connections (even if not necessarily relationships).

(PLEASE DON'T QUOTE)

I have a wide Venus-Pluto square (6*), at one point I was even doubting that I had it at all. Pluto trine to Mars (4*) and Mercury (3*). Asc in Scorpio. Juno and BML Lilith in Scorpio.

Case 1.
Most life-changing platonic relationship.

Him not very Plutonic, only Sun sextile Pluto. Very Uranian.

In synastry:
- his Venus and Mars opposite my Pluto (Mars also square my Venus)
- his Pluto on my North Node and opposite my Sun

In composite:
- Pluto on Asc (3*) conjunct Juno (3*) and widely opposite Mars (5*) and Venus (8*)
- comp. Pluto and Asc on his IC; comp. Dsc & Vertex exactly on my Part of Fortune (to the degree).

The Pluto-Node thing played out definitely, as well as his Pluto opposite my Sun ruler of MC. Meeting him has changed my life and career. It was definitely a very fortunate and fateful encounter for me (my Part of Fortune on comp. Dsc & Vertex).

Comp. Pluto on his IC - not related to the relationship, but at the same time he had to move continents (well me too...). He had a heart-shattering period related to his mother's health.

He felt at home with me (his IC on comp. Asc).

I was very obsessive, even suicidal, which eventually pushed him away.

There was attraction on his part and deep emotional and mental bonding but not the all-devouring love that I was longing for.

Progressed composite:
- at the peak of our relationship there was a progr. comp. New Moon close to my Dsc, trine to composite/ progr. comp. Pluto
- progr. comp. Mars and Venus were approaching an opposition to my Pluto
- at the breakout progr. comp. Moon was square Uranus; progr. comp. Mars and Venus closer to the opposition to my Pluto; progr. comp. Sun at the degree of my Dsc and sextile my Venus the next year - ironically, this was when we became geographically closer; I couldn't get over him for a few years

Progressed synastry:
- at the onset the most precise aspect was my progr. Venus trine his natal Uranus
- my progr. Venus was 3* separated from a trine to his Sun and 4* separated from an opposition to his Pluto
- his progr. Venus was approaching a trine to my Pluto, and the exact was actually around the time of our fallout

When you are in a close, romantic relationship with a twin soul, but whose soul is on a different wavelength than yours, it can be intense. Especially since my partner and I both have strong and stubborn personalities (the latter being even more strong in her than in me, since MUCH of her chart involves strongly Fixed symbols WITH a Cap Rising and Aries Moon which add a lot of DETERMINATION to the Fixed, stubborness).

There is such a strong and automatic psychic-intuitive connection between you, that it is hard not to feel and be affected by what the other is feeling/thinking etc. This is GREAT when BOTH are in a more centered, positive, and love attuned state. A lot of harmony, beauty, positivity, and intense closeness is experienced.

But when one or both partners are off kilter, being more negative or the like, it really affects the other and the relationship. Even if you are feeling more positive and centered initially, but your partner is the one being more slow vibratory, you tend to get resonated towards their attunement, though on the flip side, you do tend to alleviate some of their slow vibratory attunement.

Such connections really tend to catalyze greater soul growth and maturity through those challenges. It helps one grow towards a more true understanding of real Love, and real love is a lot more about empathy, connection, caring, compassion, kindness, than it is about intense attraction, intense attachment, or sexually based stuff.

They also force one to face/confront their shadow more through mirroring and/or projection.

Anyways, a very Venus trine Pluto type archetype and correlation. Even in trines, Pluto can have a more intense and difficult/challenging side somewhat. It's not all peaches and cream in trines with Pluto or Saturn. There are still lessons. It just tends to flow more easily and harmoniously than those with say Venus conjunct, square, opposite, or inconjunct Pluto. There tends to be more resistance to the transformative side of the process and more insistence on one, both, or the other having their own way.

Thank you Galactic for sharing!

Would actually love to see you with your twin!!

Do you have Pluto aspects with your twin in synastry and composite?

I am interested in whether they manifest differently and what is stronger, and also a question of mutuality... who feels what...

Basically with my case No.1 hard to tell cause Pluto was all over.

I do confirm that 8* orb in composite opposition Pluto-Venus could be felt.

This is us on our wedding day: http://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bwnd-TVC_wNMdTlhQ1UxTnA3NEZ3ZDctS3pJeGtUQ2ExV1c0/view?usp=sharing&resourcekey=0-JZFzJEKqVUvNShNFL2wBbA

(Note, I have long have had weird/conflicted feelings towards photography and don't tend to like my picture being taken. I also have a very hard time "smiling on cue"--I pretty much have to actually feel it to openly smile).

Since there is only a year and a month difference between us in age, and neither of us are strongly attuned to Pluto--though somewhat to Scorpio with my Scorp IC and her Scorp MC, I don't really consider Pluto aspects too much in our synastry. Perhaps the exception of this is my Pluto trine her Sun, because it is fairly close, about 2 degrees, and Sun is connected to her 7th since Leo is incercepted in her 7th.

Believe it or not, but I haven't done a composite chart between us. I guess that is when you know you are really secure in a relationship?

I will note, of late, I'm being rather intolerant of my partner and particularly her over dating while not keeping up with house chores/responsibilities.

Wow Galactic thank you!! Such a dreamy couple, kind of medieval! The first time I saw Twins in real life!

Yes totally, if you haven't yet done your composite, there is something more to your relationship!

Thank you Alma. You probably know more twin connections than you probably realize. Not all or even most of them are romantic in nature. Some are father-daughter, mother-son, close brother sister, brother-brother, sister-sister, really good friends that can't be together for whatever reason(s), etc.

It is a common misconception that twin soul connections manifest solely or even primarily as romantic/mate/life partner type connections. When they do, they can be more intense in some ways. But investigating and being given guidance about various other Souls and their lifetimes which come from our same Higher/Expanded selves, we have found a number of familial and some friend/co-worker connections between these connected soul selves. (what I mean is that these other lives were not our direct past lives, but rather that their Souls and our Souls were created by the same respective Higher/Expanded selves).

It is interested you posted this because I just saw the first season of the show titled too hot to handle and the two couples that reached intimacy and fell in love both had venus square Pluto in Composite.

To be more specific one couple had Sun conjunct Venus exact square Pluto in both composite and Davison, Their Sun conjunct Venus coincidently fell on star regulus, they also had mars conjunct pluto in synastry exact. However, after the show ended they tried to make it work but ended up breaking up, long distance relationships are hard and he felt relationship was toxic even though he will always care for her.

The other couple they had venus square Pluto in composite too but in their case they had Venus conjunct Chiron square Pluto and Mars opposite pluto.

You look at their synastry and their composite and it’s clear that it was the Pluto aspects that brought them together but again with that level of intensity it tends to run really hot and then crash. This couple also ended it after the show ended, part of it was a long-distance issue and part of it was other stuff similar to the other couple, In this case the male had a tendency to shut down when he would feel vulnerable, had trust issues.

It’s sad because you can tell in both cases there was real feelings and emotions involved and a strong connection and attraction but with this aspect it seems that is challenging to last long-term with someone.

Thank you Galactic! This is very interesting!

My best closest soulmate is my mother, but I keep dreaming of romantic soulmate connection. Maybe I am having it now, I don't know. We have a lot in common like our parents' profession, our profession even though we arrived there from completely different backgrounds, two quite specific hobbies, actually I've never met anyone else with the same hobbies in real life. But a lot of differences too.

Hypatia, that's very interesting!

Do you know if there was any couple with Venus or Moon conjunct Pluto in a composite?

There were any who had it in a synastry but not in a composite?

So overall you think composite stuff is stronger?

this is an ongoing debate and I will keep observing how things play out but yes it does seem like the composite often has more power around bringing people together, like the composite trumps the synastry in a sense, has the final say but come to think of it, they had this strong attraction generated by the composite but perhaps their synastry is why the relationship failed, if they had a weak synastry and strong composite pulling them together it generates a super strong attraction but the foundation is not there to sustain it long term so to speak but is also true that pluto feels great but its challenging, making people feel more insecure and like the stakes are high which can result in people sabotaging the connection and not feeling in control of their reactions etc. brings to the surface attachment issues, unresolved trauma and triggers IMO.

But ultimately if two people meaning BOTH are mature and have worked through their trauma and have a secure attachment style, good communication skills and respect each other it should work to have a plutonic composite without saturn aspecting PLUTO to calm pluto down but that is a lot of ifs and then it makes me wonder if that its a fantasy or truly possible, I hope it is possible but that is the big debate I have internally. I mean I wonder this in general about relationships, plutonic driven or not.

Natal, my Libra Pluto is conjunct my ASC and inconjunct my H8 Taurus Venus. Pluto is also parallel my Venus. There are some issues with self worth and vulnerability. This is also supported by my H2 Scorpio nnode.

In synastry with my ex husband, my Pluto opposite his H9 Aries Venus (orb 0) and Chiron (orb 3). He has his own Plutonic issues with his H3 Virgo Pluto opposite H9 Pisces Sun (orb 0) and parallel ASC. I wouldn't say the relationship was intense, but we did bond very quickly. Sometimes it did feel like there were power struggles. But to me, my H10 Cancer Mars conjunct his H12 Cancer Moon was more prominent in our relationship. He could get really moody without any explanation.

There are no Pluto aspects to Venus in the composite. Actually, no really big Pluto aspects at all, just a wide Pluto sextile to Jupiter and Neptune. However, the composite Mercury, Venus and Sun are all conjunct in H8.

edit: I forgot to mention draco. His natal Virgo Pluto conjunct my draco Virgo Venus (orb 1)

With the ex: venus pluto sextile dw, semi-sextile in composite - - sex died after a year or two even though we had moon-Mars and some love stellium bs. Was together 6 years but not sure if I ever loved him.

With current: venus trine pluto, venus sextile pluto, and in composite: venus Square pluto, moon and Mars trine pluto - - very loving and passionate, but not sure if it's the venus and pluto as we have saturn and chiron aspects which hold us tgt. We also have pluto on each others IC.

I have natal Venus parallel Pluto. Pluto widely square Moon, and Pluto/Mars as ruler of my chart. Plus 8th house sun, so do with that what you will.

In relationship I love a good Pluto aspect. My biggest love/crush yet was Mars Pluto conjunct, and Moon Pluto DW. And my Pluto trine his Mercury.

The Pluto Moon DW was addictive. I could, and still can, feel when he was thinking of me. He's the only man I really ever had prophetic dreams of. And he pops up during every Mercury retrograde/Venus retrograde in some way. We haven't spoken in person in almost 4 years, but we remain on good terms and he pops up on social media, in dreams, in messages... insane.

I had my Pluto square ex husband's moon. It was close when married, but as soon as we divorced it was power plays. 9 years later he still pulls power moves and has a huge angry grudge against me. I let go and moved on a long time ago, but that only angers him more.

My Venus is in 10th conjunct my MC, so when Pluto conjuncts it, it's only about work. I never appreciated a man's Pluto conjunct my Venus for romantic reasons. Age wise the only Plutos that work for me will either be conjunct my Mars, or square my Sun and Moon.

Venus/Pluto trine:

"He also might express jealousy and tendency to control Venus fearing that she might leave. Venus can also experience attacks of jealousy and be worried about Pluto’s behavior.

With this aspect, Pluto is not motivated to manipulate and control Venus, unless there are some challenging aspects of Pluto in the natal chart of the Pluto partner."

Soft aspect has flowing energy effect, so it may not caught your attention too much like how hard aspect hit you in the face.

In Pluto relationship, it is also important to see the natal of both person, are they Plutonian or not. It could be more challenging if one or both are Plutonian who still couldn't control their Pluto tendency.

Fortunately, he only has Pluto soft aspect to Mars and Mercury, he doesn't have Pluto hard aspect. The Pluto jealousy is there and me as the venus sometimes feels attacked and worried, it's true, but it is not something become a constant anxiety that creating a big wave because this is a flowing energy, we kind of instinctively try to dampen the wave with the flow.

Pluto shows his fear that venus would leave him in a healthy way without some kind of constant drama to prove something. It's a little gesture you have to take as a consideration, because that's how soft aspect works in a relationship, flowing.

I forgot to mention that we also have Moon square Pluto in the composite. That's a different feel story.

The key with the Pluto is, don't let Pluto play in the dark, you should take him to the light.
