Whenever I worked in companies with strict hierarchies (not many and thank God it's a thing of the past) I could never comprehend some colleague fawning over "important" people in the company that were higher up in the hierarchy and their subsequent change of behaviour from normal to almost submissive.I do understand rationally that there are differences in position and therefore "importance" but I could never comprehend why I should feel more respect for the manager than for the cleaner or janitor and I never treated people differently based on their position. Some of my bosses seemed to notice that because I wasn't acting like many others but engaged with them at eye level. How could that be explained astrologically? What signs, aspects? IP: Logged |

Uranus- rule breaker, unconventional. Jupiter - tolerance and beliefs. Aquarius - detached, making their own rules. Sagittarius- they might not care. IP: Logged |

Haha, I was bringing this up in the other post. (topic: planets on MC).It's like I get the hierarchy thing but I still see people as people. It's all status and labels. I feel the same with celebrities. We're all people. I have a tendency to speak to people like I know them. I'm not knowledgable but do you have anything with Uranus going on? Maybe even Neptune? These planets seem to act as a collective or the were all connected type of energy. IP: Logged |

I can relate.- Strong Sun / solid self-esteem. - Uranus: overall strength / placement or 2+ key aspects (to luminaries, etc). - Pluto, same. ------------------ The Declinations Guy | Expert Birth Chart Rectification Join me at Health Positive! my newsletter on substack: http://healthpositive.substack.com/ IP: Logged |

Its Aquarius energy. And typically because of the "disregard of labels ", there is Pisces involved too imo.I don't necessarily tend to "rebel" against such norms. And perhaps my detachment and/or distance from engaging with people who want that fixed level of "hierarchy" can be interpreted as "rebellious"? I get that. I do give the "sir"and "Mam" title out of respect. But I don't grovel because you are the King of Ghana. Thats not important to me. And perhaps that has also hindered my progress career wise? Because if you are wrong, no matter your title. You will be called out by me 🤷🏿♂️ IP: Logged |

Hey, I saw your MC thread but didn't read every post. My MC is conjunct my sun and mars as and it is trine Uranus. I do have quite a lot of Uranus going on generally in my chart (trine sun, trine moon, trine mars, square mercury and trine mc as well as some parallels).

What would you classify as strong sun? My sun is trine moon, uranus and ascendant and conjunct mars, venus and Mc. Uranus: yes, quite a bit of aspects. I wrote it in my answer above Pluto is tightly squared moon and ascendant. it is also trine mercury

Same! And yeah Aqua and Pisces as the least personal and most "universal" and metaphysical signs would make sense here. I have a lot in Pisces and mercury and South Node in Aquarius with several Uranus aspects.
People are people, labels do not impress me. IP: Logged |

I gotta be honest, I think. I tend to treat "higher ups" like they are air/invisible. It makes them frustrated and that in return makes me pleased. Not sure if that's my Mars 1H conj Asc or all the Uranus in my chart? I definitely do not treat people in lower positions like dirt! Or maybe it's my Aqua Vertex and all Uranus aspects? Utopian dream about world peace and equality, and all that. IP: Logged |

Its total condition as rated by the Vedic Shadbala composite rating. Sun conjunct Mars & MC is likely to rate very strong. The sign matters, but there's hardly any sign that would bring that down to a moderate to weak level.

All of them or depending on their character? I would ignore a boss who has a bad personality, is incompetent and only got into that position because of being connected to the "right" people (in fact I would call that out in a way or another) but if the boss is a decent person, then they deserve the same respect like everyone else. I totally relate to this and thought the same thing at my first "corporate" job as a Financial Analyst, this and all the petty games folks played to undermine their peers and get ahead, thankfully my ability to find trends and think out of the box set me apart from others, but I could only handle a few years of this type of work environment. ~ 10th house Aqua Sun 1st degree conjunct Merc and MC (29 Cap - 0 Aqua) Sun parallel Uranus oh and 1st decan is ruled by Uranus I believe S. node 29 Aqua - squares Uranus IP: Logged |
