Looking fwd to the seasoned astrology one's here but l skimmed the chart
I don't know the official date (02/22) or place to use for the chart. I chose Greenwich UK. 6am. Because all clocks seem centric to Greenwich meantime. Idk.

Colder affection, quieter. Not being seen "by other's". Maybe not recognized by "the other" .. This might be "unseen with love/passion and actions revolving around love. With the 4th this may be relationships tried and ending with new ones in secret beginning. I am guessing. I think couples (those who share homes) feel challenged and singles are wary of whom to trust. Yet many miss affection, love and are open to it. Families may draw lines in the sand, due to destabilization in values, beliefs.

Uranus in 4th Tau, may bring unstable home environment. Division, food and finances in crisis that could lead to more discourse in homes. Food could be unsafe, untrusted. With less and expensive options, people may be desperate to put food on the plates and be cautious over the selection.

9th ruled by Libra and Venus in 12th. I wonder if many may hide their loyalty to beliefs, religious directions..
MC Sag I see this as a period of
9th house "enlightening" in philosophy, religion and high brow leanings. People might spend time seeking what they feel is "enlightenment" and with Libra there, they may look for the "fair path". Non judgmental path, as opposite of so much of our history.
Venus rules the 9th, love will mark the path - hopefully not cult like yet there will be many directions to chose.
