For example Gemini is after Taurus. Gemini is dignified in Mercury. Taurus in Mercury then would be the worse sign for Mercury to be in.

Aries is dignified in the Sun, and so Sun in Pisces is the Suns 12th house. The life feels like prison.

Venus is dignified in Libra, and in its fall in Virgo. Virgo is Libras 12th house.

Libra would be Scorpios 12th house. So beauty would be Scorpios hidden enemy.

Sagittarius is Capricorns 12th house, so being undisciplined would be Capricorns 12th house. Sagittarius represents an anything goes personality.

I don't know what I think about it. I suppose it could indeed be a challenge. With the example of Mars, Mars in Aries is in it's natural home. It is direct, straight forward, clear, and given license to act.

Mars in Pisces can feel a little lost, wayward, directionless or distracted by other things. So this would be the opposite of a natural Mars state.

Sun in Leo would be its natural home. It would be strong, confident, brave, and available for all to see. Cancer doesn't want to be seen in full view. Cancer moves from side to side and avoids an obvious path... Cancer can feel uncomfortable with being seen as it completely is...

So this perspective supports (in my mind) what you are saying.

Venus in virgo would be the worst sign for Venus to be in. Which brings too critical nature for people with this placement. Venus in Libra is the best for Venus, it brings balance in love and peaceful marriage, as well as good aesthetic sense.

And since its the 12th house, its the worst possible manifestation of negativity for Venus?

So also Venus' preferred first house would be Libra.

Saturns preferred first house would be Capricorn.
