I always find it interesting to note what people have to say(their experiences etc.) when it comes to astrology. This especially if they have no prior knowledge of the subject matter. And their opinions are based solely on their life history.

So I sat and listened as an ignorant somebody. Didn't interrupt as the discussion continued.And it went towards a different trail than I thought it would. Some of it overlapping with conventional theory.But some surprising.

Aries was NOT seen as the "pioneer" or fiery persona at all.

Most commented on how shy and self doubting Aries is and (admittedly when I pushed further for more information) the responses were often formed by those who've interacted with those Aries born in March and not April .

I found this interesting-given that March Aries is supposed to be where Mars energy is concentrated. But many didn't describe Aries as "fiery" at all. But subdued. This description was towards the male Aries mostly.

Then the discussion rolled over to Tau. Here the words used were "motherly", "luxury seeking", "likes comfort", "a collector of things" and " very sweet".

As the descriptors suggest, This description was more the female Taurus. Reference used was May born Tau.

Everyone seems to agree on the "vindictive" and "sneaky"nature of "two-faced" Gemini. Some recalling terrible experiences with this energy.

Most however were speaking of women(not men) of this sign. All agreed that it was the energy to "avoid"

Cancer was seen as "childlike" and demanding of attention as a child would when tugging at it's mother's dress.

Not much was said about this energy except that it was "needy". Here the descriptors were geared towards the men of this sign.

Leo was seen as "self important" and "most likely to put themselves in a high position" etc. But not necessarily a braggard or the type to hoard attention. Mostly speaking of Leo men.🤷🏿‍♂️

As usual, after Leo the discussion went to Scorpio. People always feel a need to address Sco energy in ANY astrological discussion. This sign just HAS to come up.

What was revealing was that the stuff I expected them to say about Leo, they pinned on Scorpio instead I.e "attention seeking", "likes to brag", " likes to prove that they have the power" and there was some reference to them being the type to betray you with a smile( much like how Gemini would-atleast in their eyes).

The above discussion was also based off of men.

Aqua men were seen as "cold". Not much was said about the women. Very brief and succinct.

Cap was seen as "evil". This for both men and women.Also succinct.

There was much love and praise for Sag. Even though they were noted for their fiery temperament, it didn't dilute the all round good sentiments for both men and women of this sign. They were noted to be the "life of the party".

Libra was seen as "beautiful" , "sweet" and "the type to compromise". But very dangerous when pushed too far.

Virgo was seen as shy but intelligent. And Pisces was seen as (wait for it) a "drunk" and a "drugee"😶

I know very few sag suns, so I really don't know about them.

I know a lot of taurus women and men and I usually like them very much. I love their usually calm and grounded energy, and hedonistic nature.

I agree about scorpio. I don't mind them, but I keep my guard up around them, you can never know what's going on in their mind and what are they plotting. Very power driven, super passionate to the point of obsession... I have a lot of scorpio men around.

Cancer, yes. We can be emotionally demanding and clingy and sometimes neurotic 😂. But we also love to give all this back. I personally love to take care of animals and people and I don't belive that anyone can ever be too emotional, so you can always come to me with your drama and excessive emotions and I will make you feel better for sure (something I would love to know how to do for myself too).

Pisces, aaaah, I will usually not get along with them so well. They are way to tolerant and forgiving to their expense in my opinion and are usually lost in space and in their dream worlds that have too little to do with reality.

Leo, I love Leo. I have good experiences with them. Usually very successful at whatever they do. I love how they can be protective of others in the face of injustice. Very loyal in my experience. Good leaders.

Aquarius, ahhh, this guys are from another planet or time. They are phisically here, but that's all 😆. However I love a good philosophical or science based debate with them. Also love how they are not possessive not as partners not as friends.

I prefer the Cancer women to the Cancer men. The Cancer men can act too "macho". This to deflect their sensitive nature.

Interestingly Vin Diesel & Sylvester Stallone are "macho" action stars. And both are Cancers. Whilst Mike Tyson is a boxer(also a Cancer).

Capricorns can be great, or be ice cold. I loved and respected my sister, until everything happened. I still respect a few things about her. Personality traits, or just the ability to maintain a schedule. To be organized. I could never be that cold, and I don't want to be.

Yeah, Scorpios are very attention hungry and attention seeking. I mean look at the amount of spam posts they have all over the web promoting their sign and they are the first people to get their sign tattooed on them. I have never seen any other sign self-promote itself so much. Every other astrology is clinging to the sign being the "strongest" that you almost get the Scorpio need for attention mixed up with Leos.

On to Leos, most I have known do seem to talk or get themselves into high places. Even when they get fired from a job, they are the kind to end up in a nice high paying job afterwards or at least one worth envying. I look at guys like Arnold, Obama, Clinton and Brady. All are the rags to riches story of Leo men.

Ditto on Gemini and I'd say Virgo too, something about that Mercurial energy that just comes off as cold and calculated. They won't yell at you but they will ghost you and before you know it, they are your enemies who know your dirty secrets. I know I give Scorpios a lot of crap but they are actually too emotional to hide their real feelings, even when they hate you the truth is you can tell because of how they act. Water signs in general are like this. Mercury-ruled signs on the other hand have an outstanding poker face.

Scorpios really are misunderstood, I have lost count of how many Scorpios have told me they don't open up to others like they do with me and that they feel safe and comfortable with me but for a lot of people they seem quiet/reserved so I find it odd the group you listened to saw them as attention seeking, too often they don't feel safe or comfortable being themselves around others and often feel different, they actually make me think of aquarius, like they are more aquarius at heart than actual aquarius folks but they feel they have to hide it or try to fit in until they confront this about themselves and then there is this transformation were they find their power and embrace themselves as they are. They seem to be late bloomers but early on are in touch with their primal sexual side, that has always been instinctual for them. If there is something they want or interests them they go all in.

I find Sco Suns more mellow. And we have really deep discussions. I dont know why I have never hit it off with a Sco romantically? We get along really well but romantically, the spark is never lit

I think its more your Venus ruled Taurus Sun, mixed with your Pisces Moon imo.

Tau & Pis energy has a way of making others feel "at ease". And Sco is often quite tense emotionally.This "tense" inner nature seems like a paradox to their often "serene" external appearance (ime).

Maybe you feel non-threatening to them? Sco gells well with softer energy. Mars energy from another Sco may have them clench up. And Pisces/Taurus can be so mellow as to allow the Sco to feel safe. Cancer too(when the mood allows 🤣 ).

With Cancer, I often find Sco doesn't mind the mood swings and can handle them. Its as if they like that Cancer is "layered" in that way🤷🏿‍♂️

I had to laugh when I read what you said about Pisces. My sister is a Pisces sun and mercury and she is the opposite of your description. She is quite unforgiving. More than anyone else in the family. Even after she had open conversations with the people that she feels wronged her, where most people would then drop the issue, she does not. She keeps being passive aggressive/cold to them.

Scorpios from my experience are the kinds of guys who will shame another guy for wanting a beautiful woman, calling him a sexist or "shallow" but then at the same time, go after said beautiful woman. In a way, and I might do a separate post on it, I think the Pluto in Scorpio generation is also indicative of this kind of deception moreso than other generations. It is a generation big on morals and virtue signaling but deep down, wants the wealth and finer things in life.

When I think of Scorpio energy, I think of limousine liberals. The people who play up the social justice warrior act for votes but live in the whitest and safest neighborhoods where the minority population is in the single digits. Whenever I have seen them get away with it, people knew how messed up these people were but the system almost let them get theirs.

Now I say that as someone who had a Scorpio father. Yes, on the surface the guy got away with a lot but he did so many people dirty. In the end, he had no one there for him except for us and that was about it. Even now, I can tell that so many people in our extended family do not miss him and he had little to show for the way he did people dirty.

Typically pisces or neptunians are too forgiving, I have moon in pisces and NEPTUNE is super strongly featured in my chart and yep is true but I am also spunky, passionate and have a strong personality but that is probably the Sag rising and the venus conjunct mars in LEO in the 8th trine my ascendant in Saggy.

Hey,
no she has Taurus in the 8th house. She is a Libra rising.
I have a lot Pisces as well and I am quite tolerant but I'm very wary about who I let into my life and I have a good instinct about people so I don't really get into situations anymore where someone ****** me off. In the past, when someone crossed the line I cut them out. That was it. I'm quite rigorous that way.

I have cut people out when I feel I have outgrown them but I would not attribute that to my pisces or neptunian side that is for sure, pisces does not have boundaries, boundaries are too porous. aries - very independant, outspoken, won't put up with your **** , women even more so that the men. i find them to be one of the main boss bit*ches in the zodiac, along with sag women.

taurus - women are sneaky and will steal your man, but still somehow remain classy. taurus has a good reputation going, i don't think people realize how sneaky they really are. men are... meh. boring. but never forget their opposing sign is scorpio. don't underestimate a taurus.

gemini - men are chill, indifferent, somewhat insecure on the inside. women are super changeable, and there's some messiness in their lives in one way or another. might stab you in the back. you will never really know them.

cancer - very brooding and mysterious. serious. everything people say capricorns are. there's some heavy family/home influence in their lives. most of them enjoy cooking. solid and firm people, reliable.

leo - honest, insecure, good in their very core. they have big hearts. super prideful tho. it's too much. will rather die than show insecuruties. they are a sucker for love.

virgo - i'm not sure. they might think they're better than you. or just be somewhat basic. there are so many virgos, they're too common for me to form a solid opinion.

libra - meh.

scorpio - men are evil. women carry the energy in a better manner. deep people, extremely private. looking for something out of this world. somehow i feel like they deserve more than they get, women i mean. black sheeps of the zodiac, along with aquas. might have their own thing going on.

sagittarius - women can be bitchy, but they look cool and are cool so there's a reason behind it. they have boss energy. the only women i found not to be the "typical" woman deep down. they enjoy one night stands and legit can hold no emotional connection to... things. i haven't seen this in any other sign. men are wild, yet miserable and unhappy deep down. they might be hoes which is why they're miserable.

capricorn - stiff, stern, keeps everything locked inside. they are motherly in a way they might lecture you or speak to you as if they were your mother. deep inside, very sensual and even wild. but shy. capricorn sun is the least intimidating, the rest of the cap placements can be scary.

aquarius - women are one of the most insecure of the bunch. need attention badly, will not admit it for life. very smart and intuitive, so idk where all these insecurities are coming from. i think it's bc they don't feel particularly feminine. men are intuitive, smart and weird. you might never really know them. the most intuitive men i know are aquas.

pisces - women are hard and idk where the soft stereotypes are coming from. they might present themselves as the victims, but it's not that simple really. after they're done with you, you might not even know what happened. sneaky. intuitive. deep. can sometimes "sense" things. talk in riddles even more so that the gemini, especially men.

Aries - Men are impulsive and very likely to end up in fist fights at a bar. Women are very physical and loud. Overall a very childish sign that is unlikely to have ulterior motives, almost an open book.

Taurus - Women are usually hot and chill, men are boring and lack charisma. At the same time, Taurus men know how to take a punch and throw an even harder one, not the sign you'd want to get into a fist fight with. Very strategic in about everything.

Gemini - Men are well-read and street smart as they come, dubious tricksters but very charismatic. Know human nature inside and out. Gemini men are also ****** , they often have a lot of partners. Women are chatty and have high-pitched voices, always a sense of electric demeanor in them. Good listeners and also great at debates.

Cancer - Very very envious people, both the men and the women. Most likely to promote themselves out there and show themselves as the good guys but very much loaded with envy towards other people. Men are passive aggressive and women are very outspoken.

Leo - Go getters and always end up with the finer things in life, rags to riches types. Dominant will power and just do not give up. Well-versed in human nature but lack tact, often offend people and **** them off. The types to not care about your sob story and just want results.

Virgo - Women are amazing, hard working and chill women overall with some real class. Men are passive aggressive goody two shoe types that will put up a self-righteous good guy act in front of others but act in devious ways when others are not looking, very fake group of guys. Always tend to be late bloomers too.

Libra - Physically aesthetic group of people overall but as dumb as a rock. If Bimbos had a sign, it would be Libra. I do notice that the men can be low-key plotting and scheming types, lots of tough cookies in this crowd. Strategic as Gemini but usually a lot quieter.

Scorpio - Men are attention hungry, sensitive, jealous, and often lazy. Women are much more driven but also the types to gossip a lot and be envious. Big on threats and the kind to attack you unfairly like in the parking lot but often times, way more bark than bite.

Sagittarius - Women are airheads and ***** , often putting out a lot (especially if the guy in question is a Leo, Aqua, or Libra). It has to be repeated, Sagittarius women LOOOOOVVVEEE to get plowed by the stereotypical Leo. The women can also criticize people a lot as a way of being blunt but cannot take any of the criticism right back. Guys are goofy but often much more chill than the women themselves.

Capricorn - Often late bloomers. Women are driven and hungry for success in life. Men are driven too but I will say that this is the most dangerous sign of the entire zodiac. Capricorn is everything they want you to think about Scorpios. Read somewhere that a lot of hitmen and crime bosses are Capricorns and I buy it, they are evil to the core.

Aquarius - Fake AF, both men and women. Women are deeply insecure but also the kind to act the most self-righteous and virtue signal non-stop. The type of girl to pretend to care for the poor but in reality, wants and craves the finest things in life. Fake as they come. Men are self-righteous and come off as accepting to everyone, except for anyone who disagrees with them,

Virgo- meticulous. I don’t consider myself that, But that word is associated with Virgo. I met couple Virgo who stereotypically like to clean. Also, pharmacy, pills, supplements. I can relate to that lol
Libra - good taste. Surprisingly, I find Libra women are kinda strictly. I don’t think I ever met stereotypical Libra.
Libra men take care of themselves, have players vibes, but in more feminine style.

Scorpio - I’m a little dangerous and witchy and that’s how I want. Insecure, everything is personal, power hungry. If they don’t know and don’t believe in astrology, they still proudly say that they’re Scorpio. Have some power, know magic.

Sagittarius is blunt, humorous, need attention, not sensitive, not attentive. More ADHD.
Capricorn- work, work, work.
Aqua - Lacking in sensitivity, too in their own heads. Good with broad ideas, ideologues, not with people. Free, originality.
Pisces - probably, the nicest. Also, nice looking. Deceptions.
