I have Pluto in Scorpio tightly squaring my Aquarius Venus/ascendant conjunction. I recently did my astrotheme report and Pluto square ascendant was ranked as my most prominent and powerful aspect in their system. However, the description was fairly vague and I can't find much about this aspect online. What do you know about Pluto square ascendant?

I have this placement and it's also a very tight square. (0.31 degrees). I think the effect of it is that people sometimes can be taken aback when they first meet me. They cannot hold my gaze andthey have to look away. There is an intensity around people with this aspect that not everyone likes/can deal with. I can be quite radical and an all or nothing type of person. There is no inbetween with certain things. I read that people sense danger and brooding personality with people with this aspect. I don't see myself as dangerous but maybe others see potential where I don't.

To me,the Asc is the unconscious self that is expressed spontaneously (without self awareness)

The Sun is more conscious awareness. The "I am" that we readily associate with the known personality. It is more aware of itself.

Any planet that is closely associated to the Asc(to me)suggests that that planet represents energy that we spontaneously express. But are often times not aware that that is what we are expressing.

A Mars aspect Asc(for instance) will not be aware that they express themselves with assertion (and even aggression). People around them may respond by being more sure footed" and self confident (Ven) because Mars unwittingly bulldozes over others.

If you have Venus in aspect to the Asc, you may not be aware of this but you come across more calm , centred
and "glass is half full" type of person.

As such, you may notice that others who seem to battle the flux of thwir own emotions, confide in you(Plu dsc) i.e. They may "adjust" their way of talking or emulate your calm or centred energy because that is what you project

The instinctive response that you get from the environment is that others often want to open up their vulnerabilities to you.

Maybe they sense that you are the rock of ages to their changing tides? And you will anchor them to what true peace is.

Pluto square Asc/Ven by natal contradicts the Ven/Asc nature. You (by default) are someone who "keeps it real" on an everyday basis.

You may say and do things that make others feel like they have to be "better" or dig deeper into themselves in some way to get their true essence (Ven).

You may unwittingly expose the false, fake, flawed, pretentious or "imbalanced" nature through your relentless "interrogations"(which you perceive as a general interaction🤷🏿‍♂️ .

Sometimes even your "look" can make someone feel exposed or naked in front of you. So others may not like you on first contact without you even saying a word. Being hated for "no reason at all" can occur

People feel like they have to be genuine with you(Ven). That that is the only way to build an authentic relationship with you.

So false, out of touch, superficial people will often avoid you. This also goes for people who don't want to share or expose their vulnerabilities.

As a Pluto/Asc square, you are about unmasking things and are a searching, probing individual. So "one size fits all " answers to questions you ask, simply will not do.

I suspect that it is exactly this Asc square Pluto interaction that made the online responses to your query simply unsatisfactory 🤣🤣

I would agree with this! Mine is a bit wider at 2 deg but definitely all or nothing. Not in just relationships but applies to everything I do in life lol.

Hahaha I actually asked because there isn't that much information about it online.

I get really weird reactions from people, particularly women. Last night I was in a Zoom discussion and there was one young woman and she was extremely attractive. There were 7 other guys in the Zoom call, but she basically focused on me and always referred to me or something I said . And when we showed objects that we owned, I showed my malachite necklace and then she showed the group a penis-shaped rock and said if she didn't have a c*ck at least she could own one. I'm not making that up. That's the kind of stuff that comes to me. Lol

very well said! Better than those posts I found online about this aspect.
Funnily enough, I was called "investigator" after a day with my housemate and his friends because they felt my questions (I was just making conversations) came across as me investigating

And yes, people confide in me and I repel fake people. I always wonder why so many complain about other people hiding their true persona and then finally they see their mask slipping and feel betrayed. I see through these people right away and they can't stand to be around me so I never give them chance to be in my life.

I'm always fascinated by people who are more balanced and not like that. I always wonder how do they do it?

Not to that extent. There's one other girl who always compliments me on how amazing I smell in front of her boyfriend. That's awkward as hell. It's always weird stuff like that. It would be amazing if an attractive single girl like that would compliment me and look at me that way in public, but it's less enjoyable when a woman flirts with you like that around her boyfriend and our mutual acquaintances.
