Progressed planets last a long time, with big changes coming around every 30 years or so. So changes around these times should always be paid extra attention to when predicting the future.

Let's say that progressed Venus is about to change in Libra. This is a very big blessing because the love life will go from depression to most likely marriage. It will manifest a completely different set of circumstances for that person.

In the opposite scenario let's say Venus in Libra is about to change into Scorpio. Well this is a bit more negative because the love life will move from balance to jealousy and possibly cheating or suspicion. In the best scenario things get more steamy for the couple if they are mature.
