The signs that (in my natal) have nothing to show are: Gemini, Sag, Leo and Aquarius and these are also the signs that I seem to feel most comfortable with. I am wondering if it's perhaps because they make no, major, aspects to any of my personal planets which makes things easier for me? It doesn't get so "crowded"? If the said energies highlighted aggravate the already tense square aspects you have. It is likely that you will not like them.

I know a Sco with tense Pluto/Sun, Moon and Mercury squares. He is very touchy and easily irritable.

I think the people that are likely to be compatible with him, are those that will not be turned off by his "episodes". As he can flip out. A lot.

Gem/Sag are usually not as emotionally tense(barring aspects that may contradict that assumption). They are usually quite chilled and playful. So they can help ease his passionate disposition.

Lib/Pis is another(barring adverse aspects that may say otherwise) that may be able to handle his nature. Both are ruled by passive Ven & Nep respectively.

With Tau, it could go either way(Tau is Ven ruled too). But I don't see Leo coming into the mix.The latter(barring
contradictory aspects) can be quite self-involved and this may escalate things

Come to think of it, there is infact a certain high level of self -involvement with Fixed signs ime🤔. Aries may aggravate what's already there. This unless there is Pisces in the mix(Mars tends to add fuel to anything)

Conventional compatibility is more a suggestion. Much like the pictures you find on a cereal box with "serving sugestion" attached. It doesn't necessarily mean that if you don't eat the cereal in the way depicted, it will not taste good.
