Change the date option on astro.com from today to the day in question. Leave everything else as is and then select "Natal +Transits " from the drop-down menu.

1.Go on astro.com
2. Extended Chart selection
3. Enter tue persons birth details
4. (Yellow)Select "Natal and Transits" from drop-down menu.
5.(Red)Enter date of event

The event is not dramatically sensitive to the location. The place of the event is negligible (imo). Whether you get shot in London or Johannesburg, you bleed either way🤷🏿‍♂️

You may also want to look at progressions to transits/natal.
