Looking at the proposed chart, we have moon in business-like Cap. Venus in clinical Vir and Mars in Gemini (multi-faceted).

His love for brands and that lavish lifestyle coupled with him being charming enough to lull women in very quickly (he is not bad looking either) made me think that Libra could be fitting.
He also has moon conjunct Neptune, so maybe he does believe this whole made up persona to an extent?
Do you think his Jupiter on his South Node plays a role? Could he have been someone very affluent in a past life and his soul craves it?

And him saying he was a Virgo might be a cover. People tend to trust Virgos (I have seen job ads where the requirement was born during Virgo sun) so that could have been a lie to come across trustworthy?

Both Ura and Neptune are conj Moon. He doesn't want to attach nor accept the responsibility of the emotional attachment. Ura-moon aspects tend to be frequent in polygamous people.

I know all about Neptune delusions and illusions. It can create a mental fixation or sometimes illness of one whom is not comfortable in this world and wants to create an alternative world where they can escape to.

This is their security blanket.To put their head in the sand and not deal with the situation at hand. Dream it away!

If in Cap, he probably wanted the luxurious life. But didn't have the necessary wherewithal to buckle down and work for it.

It would be better to just imagine living it and "walk" into it (just like the movie "Talented Mr Ripley" whom chillingly said that he'd rather be a fake somebody. Then a real nobody).

Mars in Gem can make one multi talented. But there is frustration here in that there isn't enough steam to focus on one thing or patient enough to work on it so that it is a success

It can be much easier(at worst) to trick people and get the maximum outcome for minimum work. This especially when Mercury is involved. Coz Mercury can be the trickster. And in his chart, there is a square between Mars and Mercury Virgo (domicile). So he is very smart. And probably thinks he is smarter than many people.

Jup in Leo is proud.It is ruled by Sun in Lib(detriment).So there is false pride here. A lot of it. And it's subsequent conj to the South Node would explain his big(Jup) appetite for attention that he got from women.

Leo can be very vain. And when Lib is mixed in, you can find someone whose self esteem (Venus ruled the Sun and falls in Virgo) is dependent on preying on vulnerable people. Or getting them to "serve" him with manipulative tactics.

Mercury is in its domicile in Virgo...true. But one must be mindful of Mercury, it goes where the Sun leads. And in this instance, the Sun is at its fall. So it will not be as ethical.

Jup conj South Node made him arrogant and pompous. It inflated his fragile ego and made him careless gambler who got caught because of his huge appetite for the good life (through using others)
