Why is it the only feminine symbol? Why are other zodiac signs symbolized by animals or unusual creatures ?

I’ve read the Virgo constellation and I’ve noticed that us Pisces were Aphrodite in mythology but we’re symbolized by fishes , cancer is the crab sent by hera, why couldn’t cancer be symbolized by Hera instead of the crab ? Capricorn a goat but could be symbolized by the old man Saturn.....why is it Virgo alone ?
