does your husband have an issue with self harm?

i have one myself (my moon and mars are square actually, t-square with venus on my ascendant/descendant/and ic however my moon and venus are also part of a kite with mercury and uranus... my only other mars aspect is a loose conjunction with neptune, and i have venus on my ascendant moon on my descendant and mars on my ic) and i couldn't pin point exactly what causes it

i don't know the charts of other people with self harm issues well enough to judge but if i had to guess it comes from my 1st house ketu, moon-mars, sun-saturn, and moon conjunct rahu

also the areas of my chart which are highlighted by it (ascendant, descendant, ic, and then sun being affected though my sun has 2 easy aspects a sextile to pluto and a trine to neptune as well) which in vedic are my 1st, 7th, 4th and 12th houses with saturn sitting in the 3rd (venus/ketu in the 1st, mars in the 4th, sun in 12th)

in tropical/placidus my pluto falls into my first house as well (in scorpio) and some of my other houses are a bit switched around

as far as signs go in vedic this happens in virgo (ascendant/ketu/venus), sag (mars), and pisces (moon/rahu) with saturn in scorpio and sun in leo

in my case it doesn't have to do with anyone else, i would be this way regardless of things like that it's internal ****

while he has separate issues and can be self destructive in other ways he's only mentioned suicide in an if something happens to me sense as far as i know

his moon is conjunct rahu, square his sun, mars, and jupiter and opposite pluto

his mars is conjunct his sun, square his moon/rahu and pluto , opposite jupiter

he also has sun square saturn (his saturn squares his mercury as well which is conjunct his sun)

his uranus only receives positive aspects

so i understand your fears and frustrations on some level though i also create those same fears for other people in ways because of my own tendencies

i said we're very close as a matter fact, it's a complicated situation (which is why i'm not quite sure how to refer to him)

however i wasn't saying your husband isn't serious either i just said it's not scorpio

And the logical Gemini Mercury me always told me that words are meaningless, unless the man stab himself in front of me, his words is meaningless to me. I have Virgo Rising, I can be very cold. Words are meaningless to Virgo.
I worry because my husband did it in "actions, it wasn't empty words.

So unless your friend does it, it just empty words, don't blame yourself for it or feel bad about it.

the triggers and other things don't matter, what matters is my choices past that and my issues are mine and mine alone

no one is ever to blame for self harm aside from the person doing it

i've tried to kill myself in the past and i have recurring issues with other forms of self harm (obviously not deadly ones because they're not about suicide as a matter of fact i see them as an alternative to doing something more extreme)

so i feel no guilt like that, though it does upset me

i'm sorry you experienced that with your husband, but of course you know it's not your fault and won't be no matter what happens

i don't use reddit no, and i'm very unlikely to ever i do have discord though so there's that (and am part of the lindaland discord which is new and very small right now but yeah)

i know that kind of thing is horrific because my ex actually did a whole thing like that in front of me and i had to actually call to get her (i'm bi) taken to the hospital before things escalated

my ex had scorpio placements though and it wasn't just about me though there was **** like that early on in the relationship

i don't recall a lot of my ex's chart off the top of my head but my ex had moon/rahu conjunction, and had saturn/sun/uranus all conjunct and square mars off the top of my head + venus conjunct pluto (exact) in scorpio and a scorpio mercury conjunct scorpio midheaven

Please don't feel any guilt, remember what anybody do is on them, it they control their actions. They responsible for their OWN actions.

as far as the other stuff you mention goes i've experienced rape yeah among many other kinds of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse throughout my life

it's not something i like to get into but because you're being open about your stuff it's only fair

he knows about all of that, but it hasn't been a trigger to him saying those kinds of things (and for my ex none of that was a trigger and there was a lot of abuse in that relationship anyway)

he has never self harmed due to me having issues with that and his suicide talk has only been tied to if i'm not around around (death due to any reason) scenarios only

it's not something i feel held hostage by or anything, more just find it sad because i have health issues and all my other **** 🤷‍♀️ though i think he's capable of pulling through that unless it were to prompt him to really go crazy with drugs

so i do understand somewhat though it's not exactly the same

but yeah those are the aspects i can think of
