Astrologically the signature that most correspond to the above spectrum's is a very strong emphasis on the slowest vibratory Planetary symbols that correspond to the first 3 Chakras/energetic Centers/Endocrine glands, simultaneously with a lack of focus/strength in the mid to fastest vibratory symbols that correlate to the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Centers/glands (these Centers/gland correlate to the higher levels of the nonphysical states and dimensions of consciousness).

In other words, a very strong focus on particularly Saturn, Mars, Pluto, Mercury, and/or Moon (Moon least so though), with a lack of focus on/attunement to particularly Venus, Neptune, Jupiter, Sun, and/or Arcturus. If the Sign patterns back up this combo patterns i.e. they have most of their placements in the personal quadrant of the Zodiac with a lack of the Universal Signs, then this will only strengthen that pattern and indicate a more likely probability that they will be within one of those spectrum's that lack affective empathy and conscience in relation to others, to some or to a severe degree. However, all in all, Signs are much LESS important in this whole consideration. Planets are far more important to it.

Uranus can contribute to either side of these categories of slower vibratory and faster vibratory. Uranus is that of extremes and flipping back and forth between slow vibratory and fast vibratory expressions and attunements. In an archetypal sense though, Uranus most corresponds to the 5th Center and to the Thyroid gland and to aura colors like colbalt, electric, and/or somewhat deeper blues. But in actual practice, Uranus often corresponds to aura patterns as a mix of both slow vibratory colors (like absence of light aka black, red, orange, coral pinks, browns, and/or more heavy yellows along side nice rose pinks, blues, purples, golden light, and/or Clear/White Light.

Occasionally predominant Uranians like Hitler and Bill Gates go completely to the dark side. And others like Edgar Cayce and Nikola Tesla go more fully into the Light. They are extremists, and as Edgar's own guidance said about him, not considering freewill, "the entity will either be very bad or very good". Interestingly, predominant Uranians are often bringing over very strong Atlantean past life memories and energetics. Sometimes this inclines them to be very inventive, very technologically astute, etc.

Anyways, you need both patterns to show up simultaneously for the probability of this to become significant. Even then, it is not a guarantee since we all have freewill and can change from patterns outlined in a natal chart.

Pluto is both different and yet similar to Uranus in that sense (when I say Pluto and Uranus, I am specifically talking the Planets only and not the Signs of Scorpio or Aquarius).

Wherein Uranus predominant to strong can indicate a kind of bi-polar like attunement of constant flipping back and forth between these very different states, Pluto also correlates to the extremes, but in a different and slower process kind of way.

Pluto is the slow burn volcano to the absence of light or to the greater light. People with very strong Pluto tend to go through life patterns of trauma, crisis, etc which can either orient them to one or the other. What and who directs that ship is not astrology, but the will of the individual Soul in question.

I would say, on average, at least a slight majority of people with predominant to very strong to strong Pluto (like 2nd to 3rd strongest Planet in their chart), lean more to the absence of light--hence, finding a very strong to strong Pluto in the charts of folks within NPD, BPD, and ASPD spectrum's is not uncommon.

They won't tend to be on the ASPD spectrum though, unless Saturn is also simultaneously very strong (or predominant), and again, with a lack of focus on the mid to faster vibratory symbols (especially Venus, Neptune, Jupiter, Sun, and/or Arcturus).
