Does the location of the solar return completely change what happens for the year?

For instance, let's say a woman lives on the East Coast and for her solar return in 2099 she has her SR 4th house in her natal 5th and SR Jupiter conjunct her natal IC - which typically indicates a pregnancy or childbirth.

But let's say she moves to Los Angeles and now her chart is different. This time her SR Jupiter is still conjunct her IC but her SR 4th house is located in her natal 6th house. Does she still get pregnant/give birth?

I personally think the location is very important and can change how the year will play out but I'm curious as to what you guys think.
