Hi!
I have a big question, How can I study my love personality with my Birth chart?

What aspects could tell me who am I relationship wise but more so, desire wise.

I've been through some mmhh traumatic episodes in my life and it's very difficult for me to connect with love and desire in a relationship, I just feel terribly numb and would love to know myself again in that area of my life.

I'm married and it really worries me.

I'd appreciate if somebody could tell me what to look at,I've been studying love asteroids but there's not much material about them.

Thank you in advance

7th house, ruler of the 7th house, placement, aspects, ruler of Venus, Moon, Jupiter.

Desire wise is the 8th house.

I would add the nodes of the moon if they are in signs as Aries/Libra, 1st/7th house, either way, or Cancer/Capricorn, 4th/10th house, either way.

If Venus is in Virgo/Aries/Scorpio, Moon in Aquarius/Capricorn/Scorpio, having hard aspects to Venus/Moon from Saturn/Mars it usually gives some difficulties.

If you have Saturn or Mars in the 7th house or 8th house or it rules that house, again it's a bad placement for good relationships or intimacy if the placements and aspects of Saturn and Mars are in detriment, fall, or having hard aspects to other planets.

I would also add the 4th house, since it rules the parents, home life and emotional intimacy. If the ruler is bad aspected, or you have one of the malefics here, then it shows some trauma in your home life or early life and from here comes the closed off and fear of opening up.

Having planets in the 8th house if the 8th house is not functional.

The trauma can build walls. Over time, these walls can become integrated into the self to make it seem like they are part and parcel of the personality.

Does Chiron/Pluto or Saturn make aspects to Ven/Moon?

Hi Snowball, I think astrology is a great starting point to get to know yourself a bit better again. There are however different interpretations possible, so always check if something truly resonates with you. I use it to start a conversation with myself to see what is important to me.

In your birth chart there are a couple of “usual suspects” to look at when it comes to relationships. Venus represents pleasure, beauty, love and what we value. Check the sign, house and tightest aspects of Venus in your chart. Also look at the houses Venus rules, these are the 7th house (ruled by Libra, the house of partnerships) and the 2nd house (ruled by Taurus, the house of values). Especially the 7th house and it’s ruler are important for your relationships. Look at the sign, if there are any planets in this house, aspects these planets make and the sign, house and aspects of the 7th house ruler.

I have Venus in scorpio conjunct pluto (I know that's not in the best position aaaaand is in house 8

My house 7 is in libra but it's empty and my house four is in cáncer but it's empty too.

My moon is in Tauro, opposite venus and pluto.

For what I can know about it (from my moons position) my desires enter in conflict because on one side I want stability and reliability and on the other hand, as venus is in a problematic place, I seem to feel drawn to darkness because of trauma?

The ruler of libra is venus so I might have to resolve the venus problems but unfortunately I have no idea how, I'm in therapy and I really hope it helps.

Am I more or less right in how I'm interpreting it or I'm a bit lost?

I think I kind of get it know, my Venus is in scorpio conjunct with pluto in the house 8th and both are opposite my moon in taurus.

My house 7 is in libra therefore it's ruled by venus, but its empty.

I kind of think (because of what I've read) that I might have some conflicting desires, and fear related to be hurt again, sex is out of the question for me ¬ ¬

Becaude I either feel desire for people emotionally unavailable and have no clue why I feel numb with people I feel safe with...

I wish there was a book called fixing venus problems, like the one on pluto... I have read it but didn't really helped.

Its ok. When a house is empty, you look at the ruler. The ruler will tell you how that house will manifest or transits to that ruler activates that house.

The 4th house is fine, also its ruler Moon. The issues are with Venus and the 7th house. The ruler being in the 8th house, would probably give some hidden relationships, or relationships prone to extreme jealousy especially because its in the fall in Scorpio. Probably dangerous relationships that would go long term because its the 7th house.

Yeah. Plu-Venus conj people may have to deal with the progressive reconstruction & changing meaning of what "self worth" and "value" means.

For some, the trauma of early life experiences where those who were supposed to provide security/stability etc(Venus) turned on them and hurt them (Pluto). Thus these occurrences made the natives confused about what this "love" business is all about-as they got older.

Maybe some confuse trauma with love? Abuse with security? Or have some view (usually warped and extreme) of how love is because of early experiences of shame, pain and abandonment? etc.

The feeling of being "numb" on one hand is familiar. So as an extreme balance to that, there is also the attraction to extreme "love".The whole " can't live without you " and "will die every second i am separated from you" sentiments can be very strong.

These are not people looking to just experience the Venusian ruled things quietly . Oh no! To just "date" is not enough.Plu is usually forever changing what Venus is to the native.

So maybe your feelings about your worth are destroyed and have to be rebuilt? Maybe because of some painful occurrence via friends/career pleasure/lovelife/ security or possessions(money)?

In cases of love relationships, you will go searching for what love is. Probing, poking, asking questions & being transformed in the process by relationships (as you transform the other).

It's a constant never-ending process that you typically find most satisfying (spiritually) when it is done with someone who will go to down to Hades of Hades with you.

It's nothing romantic because either the person puts you through hell.Or you do that to them.Anything tame or too "peaceful" simply will not do. You will feel bored and (even unconsciously) bring in a little drama to make the relationship feel more "alive".

Beyond Knowles has Ven-Plu conj in Lib I believe. Her relationship with Jay-Z (as may have recently been seen) is far from a bed of roses. And she is somehow also defined by it in a very big way I.e whenever we think of Beyond, we can't help but also think of Jay-Z.

Yes,Pluto-Ven can attract powerful mates or those with lots of money and (in some cases) those who reverse their fortune and leave them penniless.

If Pluto is on Venus, it means serious business. Something about Venus themes in your life will be addressed(with or without your consent). You will learn to separate the trash from the treasure.
