Which the changes in science/fertility treatments, it's far more common for a woman to have quadruplets or quintuplets now than it was 40 years ago.

What in a woman's natal chart would indicate her giving birth to high order multiples?

I would assume Mercury conjunct 5th lord, well aspected Mercury sitting alone in 5th house, 5th house Vertex conjunct Uranus etc.

Fertility treatments give that effect. Could we see in the chart something artificially induced?

Considering the use of fertility treatments stem from infertility to begin with, I'd look for aspects that suggest infertility. Barren sign on the 5th house cusp, afflicted Saturn in the 5th, mainly progressions through the "fertile years". Also an afflicted 6th house that causes disease that could lead to infertility.

Multiples will show up in a chart whether they were the result of a fertility treatment or conceived naturally. A multiple birth is a multiple birth. I'm thinking Jupiter might also be at play since Jupiter is plentiful
