I briefly entertained a Pisces/Aries recently and cut him loose quickly. Very handsome man with awesome artistic abilities! But much too passive and used to being in his Feminine. And I'm not attracted to that.

Yep. Can always tell when the woman is wearing the pants in a relationship, regardless of sign.

As Ami said recently - men with Aries Venus often play a passive role in relationships, which feels strange. Lol. But Venus can also rule what we are attracted TO - not just what WE embody. And they seem to really love a confident & bold woman! 💯 Will he pursue her? Or expect her to chase after him? Many times, it's the latter. But will depend on the individual.

Haha, things are not always as they appear though. My partner is pretty Yang for a woman, and in some or many ways she appears to wear the pants, but when it comes to really important things, though my influence is more subtle as compared to hers, somehow or another, I tend to get my way.

It's kind of a reverse of the classic male-female relationship where the man thinks, and appears like he wears the pants and calls the shots (because he's louder, more overt, barks orders, or what not), but often in reality, if you look deeper, the woman does more so--especially on important things. She essentially lets him believe that he is in charge.

Why, because the female or the greater Yin force, is the master on the emotional and energetic level, while the male or the greater Yang force is the master on the physical and intellect level.

Course, no person is completely Yang nor completely Yin, but many are pretty lopsided. I appreciate that both my partner and I are both pretty balanced and integrated, though ultimately, on a soul level, I'm a bit more Yin and she is a bit more Yang.

Or astrologically, put say strong Sagittarius up against strong Scorpio or strong Capricorn, and while Sag may win some battles here and there, the Scorp or Capricorn will ultimately most likely win the war because they play the long, subtle game, and the "Art of War" (and it's various subtleties, subterfuges, etc) comes more naturally to them. Sag (or more so Aries and Leo) is a little more like the Hulk, "Hulk smash" and Scorp and Cap are more Loki-esque. And Scorpio and Capricorn will sacrifice pawns strategically to win the long term war.

Yang energy be like, "You Muther'fer, you killed my pawns, prepare to die!!!!"

I will say, my Hollyweird celebrity stalker with strong Scorpio and Pluto taught me this very well. When we first interacted, I was in my younger 20's, and was becoming more Leonine and Jupitarian like. I was very direct, honest, upfront, etc. He was very subtle, manipulative, sneaky. He played the long game (he's much older than I am, besides his astrological patterns). He had patience, he plotted, he schemed behind the scenes.

I didn't stand a chance at the time.

But I have to come to integrate my Capricorn and own Pluto more since then, and he actually helped me some with that.

I think your instance whould be similar to my
Cancer parents..

My Mom's Cancer Venus spells out the classic Cancer codependent type relationship....were either my Mom is completely in power then it flips back to my Dad.

My Mom controls all the finances, heck there have been times when my dad's credit card embarrassingly doesn't go through in public because she put a block on his card.

But when it comes to getting repairs done he can flat out refuse and leave my mom to go along with his demands.

The one thing they universally agree on is there Gemini son making fun of both of them when these things happen.

She's not my partner. She's someone I met here at this site that I count as a friend and occasionally talk to on Discord outside of this forum. We happen to live on opposite sides of the US. She's also not romantically interested in me as far as I'm aware. She's caught up, or was, in a difficult connection with a guy who may be her twin soul (definitely not me).

Both she and my partner have Aquarius Sun, so maybe that is why you are equating the two?

When I decided I needed to leave for awhile to work on other things, I started a thread in Lindaland Central 2, mentioning that I was going to be leaving for awhile and stated that if anyone wanted to keep in touch, they could do so through Discord--and then gave my info for there on that thread.

I have wondered similar, but in all honesty, it is probably for the best. Having been on some other astrology forums with a p.m. system--well group dynamics doesn't always bring out the best in people, and p.m. system can facilitate that.

Cliques form, and people form "alliances" against individuals or other cliques, and gossiping tends spread around, etc, etc, etc. I've seen the dark side of all this quite directly.

I mentioned my hollyweird celebrity stalker earlier. One of the things that happened between us, on an astrology forum with a p.m. system, was that he p.m'ed a woman I had hung out IRL with, and told her to avoid me. He had been on that site for awhile and had some connections, but with some other long time posters and with some of the owners.

So when I publicly called him out for these shenanigans (the friend had thankfully told me what he had done), I was the one who ended up getting in trouble. The drama and conflict between us built up, and with him messaging various people behind the scenes, I got booted off that site, because I tried to keep it all in the open light. (my Jupiter and Leo side were kicking in very strong at the time).

I call him a stalker for a couple of reasons. Because of the initial unsolicited p.m.'s I would get from him, and his general obsession with me, but more so, because before I had gotten booted from that site/forum, I had stupidly mentioned another forum that I was on (a more obscure one).

After I got booted, he showed up at that other forum as a new member and continued shenanigans with me and with a friend of mine there (another IRL friend). In fact, he unleashed a tirade of pure vitriol, rage, and hatred towards my friend at one point, that even I was shocked. I knew he had issues and a dark side, but I was surprised by the intensity of it. My friend is one of the most love attuned and spiritually mature people I have ever met in this life.

Then I figured out who this guy was (finally). I sent him a p.m. letting him know that I knew who he was (he had asked me things in p.m.'s on that first, astro, site, things like, "Do you know who I am?").

He disappeared right after, never to be visibly seen again in my life, until my partner trolled him a bit on FB. She saw that he was going to be in the city that is closest to us. She wrote him a message including his original forum name from the astrology site (btw, he erased all his posts from there at some point later on).

A couple weeks later, I felt nudged to check Craigslist Missed connections, and I saw a post labeled "Justin W." and it read something like, "well well, if it isn't my old friend Justin W."

Both my partner and I were like, WTF! My partner and her intuition/psychism actually helped me to crack the case, so to speak, initially. If she hadn't gotten a guidance message about his identity, I may not have figured out who he was. I had his chart narrowed down to two charts, but never in a million years thought he was a famous celebrity type. But not only did the birth data fit, but EVERYTHING else fit. The guru they were both into, specific life references (he didn't share much personally though, and he was the only person on that site/forum who didn't share his full chart, but he had shared enough to narrow it down), etc.

Alright, alright, I confess, MoonMystic and I are happily married. But it is a marriage not of this world. Truth be told, we got married on the Planet Quartron (3 hyper space jump clicks and 10 Galaxies over) about 3.5 millions years ago (pretty long arse marriage if you ask me).

Things have been mostly smooth in that time, but ever since we decided to vacation at Earth--well, it's started to go downhill. And here we had thought, "Oh, Earth is this cute, little backwards Planet that no one really knew about and therefore wasn't yet very expensive and crowded. Our own little red neck paradise."

Well, turns out, the natives be hostile and there is something in the atmosphere that gives me the hives and causes her to sneeze. It's got that new cut grass smell, ya know?

So, we'd better leave soon, otherwise our 3.5 million year marriage may dissolve soon. And let me tell you, when you've been married THAT long, the legal fees of a say a Johnny Depp and A.H. divorce, look like chump change in comparison. In fact, I own a string of Stellar Systems that she quite likes, and I feel like I may lose them in the divorce (she has made some previous hints and innuendos that if we ever split...).
