Yeah, of course, if they are not actively holding a grudge, being butt hurt, etc. Especially so with people they are close to, trust, etc. But can be ruthless to very cold to people they view as enemies or the like.

Yes sometimes i even forget how sensitive and emotional they can be because of that side to them but they do have an obvious sensitive air about them too.

P.S., you know, I always thought that one person's Moon in another person's 4th, would tend to be a very strong emotionally tying, comfortable, familiar type Synastric connection. After all, they have a loose connection to each other. But one of the Synastry books I have says that it tends to be a kind of tense/charged connection. Go figure.

Husband's Sun and Jupiter conjuncts my IC.

That one coworker's Juno conjunct my IC.

This guy I've been getting closer with, his Venus trines my IC.

One of my best friend's has Leo Moon. (IDK the degrees)
Same with Grandma I was close with.
My favorite cousin too who was also my Matron of Honor. I use to not fully understand why I was so close with Leo Moons w/ my Scorpio moon now. It took me a while to understand that compatibility was more than just these Venus signs stay with that Venus sign.

I have Scorpio IC at 10 degrees*.

You would think that one person's Moon in the other person's 4th would be particularly powerful, sort of like one person's Venus in the others 7th, or Sun in the 5th. But not just powerful, but in this case, very Lunar i.e. comfortable, familiar, etc.

So I was a bit surprised by my books interpretation saying that it was kind of a tense and intense overlay. Essentially saying (paraphrased), "they can only handle each other at smaller chunks of time and need to separate, come back together", ad infinitum.

In a particular case, her NN is also conjunct my IC (and her Moon is conjunct my Uranus, ruler of my Venus and Desc). Part of me hopes that means that we will eventually live together under the same roof and have a family of a kind, together. Granted, not a "normal" family--could never be normal/conventional, but family nonetheless.
