I did see her birth certificate, it just it not have a birth time write on it (just date month year she born). I talk to her about astrology and she also want to find out her birth time if it possible. I heard that major event like hospitalization would show up on the transit.

Her mom told her she born late at night (her mom said when her mom leave to hospital, it was already dark outside, after dinner time).
Late at night on the day she born there only 3 Rising signs late night: Scorpio then Saggitarius then Caporicorn (which at 11:30PM). It CANNOT go passed that day because her birth certificate wrote she born on that specific date, so it cannot go pass midnight.

I doubt the Scorpio Asc due to women can't just gave birth right away after their water broke. So I honestly think it the last Asc which is the Capricorn Asc one.

My mother in-law was hospitalize on this day. I include the transit of that day in all 3 of the Rising sign. Please can you look and see which one indicate about her health, she was very sick.

I honestly think it the Capricorn Asc one, due to I see Pluto in her 1st house of her body/health make contact with her natal 8th house Pluto. Did I read that right? Also I see her 8th house ruler Mercury is in her 12th in the Scorpio Asc one. I don't know how to read transit so I not sure what I'm looking at, just know the basic.

Her mother told her when her mom water broke and heading to the hospital it was after dinner time and dark outside, when is after dinner time and dark outside? 6:30PM.

So if her mom head to the hospital at 6:30PM on that day of her birth.

She can only be one of these three Risings. I did check the last three late at night Risings of that night she born. She born late that night, so it can't climb to the wee-hours next day Rising.

Scorpio Rising at 8:30PM (that is the quickest meaning once her mom got to the hospital she gave birth right away).

Sagittarius Rising at 10:00PM

and Capricorn Rising at 11:30PM

Women usually don't give birth immediately once their water broke, I'm a mom and gave birth before I know this. So I honestly want to write out that Scorpio Rising.

So that only left she can only be Sagittarius or Capricorn Rising, it not hard when you already narrow down to 2 Risings left.

I'm Gemini Stellium so I like a good piece of puzzle and I love solve puzzle, I really want to find out her Ascendant, that is why I'm persistent on this.

My mother in-law is old, her husband (my father in-law) is dead, so basically she only has my husband left (her son). I do care about her health, so I do want to figure out her Ascendant so I can look the transit for her. If there anything, me and my husband can prepare and be there for her.

Also, I do talk about her about "western" astrology stuff and she likes it, so she does asked if I can help find her birth time (as her birth certificate not write the time). I did say I will try what I can do, so I have to ask for help, as I'm a beginner, I don't even know how to read charts, how am I going to find out someone Ascendant?

She born: eta remove her b-day.

(unknown time, but her mom said she headed to hospital after dinner. And dinner time is like 6:30-7PM, so she can only can be Scorpio if born at 9PM, Sagittarius if born at 10PM, or Capricorn if born at 11:30PM). It cannot go passed midnight to the next date, since she born right on that night, right on that date written on her birth certificate.

Also, Saggitarius Rising doesn't seem like someone would have anxiety, all her life she has anxiety.

And she told me when she was 5 years old, neighbor kids bully her, she ran straight home and hide under her bed all shaking. Yes, she crawl under her bed and hide. She even admit she a coward.

You have to look beyond the generic descriptions of the Asc . Test the proposed birth time for accuracy or inaccuracy according to transits as well

Just because someone has Sag rising does not mean they don't have issues. The ruler (Jupiter) could be in a world of hurt or challenged.

Also, Cap is on the 2nd house of self esteem. Saturn rules Cap and thus the 2nd house. This can suggest someone whose self esteem takes time to flourish.

Saturn is parallel her proposed Asc and this would suggest self-esteem challenges or feeling "blocked".This changes the normal upbeat nature of Sag Asc energy and gives the native more austere vibes(similar to Cap).

Saturn is also not in a strong place in her chart. She feels intellectually (Gem)challenged(Sat). She feels people judge her or think she is "stupid"(contra-parallel 7th house).

Jupiter in 9th in Leo suggests she wants to define herself (Leo)through being knowledgeable(Jup). But there is that square from Mercury which makes education challenging. And the 4th house ruler by Jupiter (Pisces) suggests that early childhood experience impacted on her confidence/ability to succeed on that endeavour.

Oh 💩t!! Saturn is not parallel the Asc, I read that wrong. On the natal, it is contra-parallel the Asc(conj the Dsc). This would explain the late(Sat) marriage (7th).

So now will look for 1st/7th house hits

Look for 1st (Jup)& 7th(Mer)ruler hits

We will look for Venus hits. Venus is partnerships generally.

We will look for Ic/Mc hits or Jup/Nep (ruler of Ic) and ruler of Mc(Merc) hits. This because marriage changes your status(Mc) and/or (typically) your place of residence(Ic)

We will also look at the Moon because the Moon adds to the residential change or contextual change. No changes feel tangible without the natal or progressed Moon involved.

The thing is this sis, she has CHRONIC health. With her Capricorn Rising (put her Saturn in 6th) would speak more of chronic health than if it was the Sagittarius Rising 6th house.

Does her marriage date check the boxes like marriage transit? I think from your replied it does. Wow.
