Is it a 6th house moon thing where people open up to you about extremely personal things? This has always happened to me at whatever job I've had at the time but recently, it's been a lot. I have a very diverse team of employees in my department and I feel like I can relate to them all and I'm very protective of my team. Maybe that's why they feel comfortable enough to burst through my door and unload all the things lol 🤷‍♀️ things like childhood trauma and really personal issues. I feel like I'm half their boss and the other half councilor but I'm also ok with that. If they feel like I'm a safe place then I think I've done a good job at leading my team. It just blows my mind sometimes at just the randomness of it from people who've only been at my company for a short time. Does this happen to anyone else? I know my gemini ascendant helps to relate to many different people but is it the 6th house moon or possibly Saturn in my 6th house? Also, I'd never ever speak to any other employee about what another has told me. I have a strict rule of no two faced gossiping.

Maybe, Saturn and moon give you that parental authority.

I know somebody with 6th moon and it doesn’t resonate. I’d say that person has known secrets, but not because it was voluntary shared. I personally hesitate to tell her things for several reasons… Also, her job doesn’t involve teams and not Saturnian type.

I was thinking of my moon because of the emotional level they feel comfortable sharing with me. Could possibly be Venus in the 12th? Sharing secrets with me, my 8th house is capricorn and Saturn in scorpio. It just happens so frequently that it has me thinking about why? I don't mind, I just don't know what about me is projecting that "safe place".

My mother was a Sagittarius with a Libra moon, conjunct Jupiter, Neptune and Chiron. She was like a therapist to everyone.

I have 6th house moon in gemini. My collegues, people in my daily life grocery store, taxi station guy, the flowerist... they all share their secrets with me...

And yes I am very protective of my collegues - sometimes to a fault...

Moon in 6th- Maternal (Moon) at work(6th). Or employees/co-workers(6th) see you as a mother figure (Moon). Protective of people (moon) at work(6th). Feeling like work(6th) is an emotional environment (Moon) and one has to be sensitive to others. Managing relationships(Moon/Ven too) at work(6th).

If Moon is in Cap/Sco or aspects Plu, Ura or Mars. This may change things and make you less maternal (generally).

Does Saturn aspect Moon. Usually Saturn also negates Moon qualities. And Saturn in 6th tends to draw boundaries between themselves and others at work. I don't see this position as particularly warm and fuzzy. Quite the contrary. Often paternalistic and austere.

But then again the Saturn- Moon combo can create a mix between soft and hard. Both Mom and Dad vibes all at once. With the Moon sign position deciding which of the two will be stronger. What sign is Moon in?

My moon is at 29 libra with Pluto at 0 scorpio. They're less than a degree apart and applying. I'm definitely not the emotional type, especially at work but I am very understanding and am always aware of the undercurrents going on around me. I know when something is wrong and actively try to fix the situation to make my team stronger. Our department scores are heavily based on guest surveys so my job as lead is to know how people are going to react in all kinds of situations. It's actually very strategic in how I'm behind the curtain pulling the strings and bringing out the best qualities of each employee so I have to be very in tune with who they are at their core.
