Your career(7th is 10th from the 10th house and also shows career) may be unpredictable or not easy to stabilize. Prone to upsets and confusion as to what is REALLY going on with it. Its hard to tell.

Or the field that you work in could be susceptible to changes and sudden inexplicable upsets that make things very unclear direction-wise. Some rumours from colleagues or even superiors may affect the work culture?

Neptune is often water related. So maybe signing a contract (7th) that has hidden clauses? Clauses that surprise you later (Ura)? Maybe working in a creative fiels of eccentric artists ?

I have this combo by parallel aspect on my MC. I don't know what is happening with my career. Its a big ?? So many stops & starts. Inexplicable happenings and lack of clear direction.
