Since those with Pisces in Saturn will be having their Saturn return soon, does anyone have any thoughts? Specifically on what Saturn in Pisces is trying to teach those individuals? Those with this placement, what do you think about it? What do you struggle with, or what do you feel like you are here to learn?

My own experience has been learning to fit in with society, I grew up free and rebellious and as I grew older I've had to learn how to follow rules. I had a very rough childhood and spent a lot of my life dissociating because of it.

I also feel like I've had to learn how to interact with people and act like a human being. It sounds crazy, but in many ways I feel like a child learning basic things while at the same time understanding others far beyond what I comprehend.

Pisces in Saturn indicates pshycological problems, addiction issues and isolation. I've personally dealt with all of those, I struggle the most with isolation. I have little to no urge to socialize and have a lot of friends but I understand why I need to do those things. I'm actually a lot better then I used to be, before I refused to interact at all and became a hermit.

With my Pisces moon in the 12th house, my mom (Virgo) has taught me major lessons and I've had to guide her as well. She has been one huge lesson that feels very Karmic, and my biological father is no better who just happens to be a Pisces.

Pisces in Saturn I feel like, teaches us how to ground ourselves to live on this earth but keep our magic alive. I've learned responsibility, how to be reliable and work hard for what I want. Focusing on career has shown positive results compared to isolating myself all the time. I work remote, so I've found a nice alternative that fits nicely with my personality.

I had an astrologer tell me to stay away from Pisces, which I found amusing because I have a ton of Pisces in my chart so I attract that energy. But yes, most relationships I've had with pisces has not been very positive in my life. I've also had to stop any sort of recreational drug use, it only serves to f$$k me over mentally. I drink coffee but even then I restrict myself to one cup a day.

I do feel like I am painfully aware of myself, of patterns I fall into that could be changed and how do to so. I can change in an instant, but only if I truly want to.

Its interesting because Saturn is said to find its "joy" in the 12th house . This as far as Hellenistic Astrology is concerned.

My thinking is that since the 12th house is all about being remote, exclusive, living a hermit lifestyle, shying away from the public spotlight or protecting ones privacy etc.

Saturn here would mean that the native is able (more easily than most people) to discipline themselves and thus shut out the outside world(Sat) and focus more on what is happening within themselves (12th).

I don't see Saturn transit to the 12th house as being a time where anyone undergoing the transit, will focus on secular media and the goings on of everyday life.

This is in stark contrast to Mars who finds its joy in the 6th house. Here the native is very much about everyday life, trends, media upkeep and interacting with life from a more engaged & alert perspective. So anyone undergoing this transit will certainly not be the type to "rest on their laurels".

But Saturn in 12th is like the writer who actively seeks solitude to finish their book. They want to be away from all the hustle and bustle (6th) and focus their attention on one thing.

This detachment from the "hustle and bustle" is not always necessarily literal. It could also just mean that the native may downsize on other functions at work to focus on one specific area.

So perhaps when Saturn transits the 12th house, one leaves the rat race for the top post in corporate, to focus on something that will be more fulfilling? i.e going back to school to study ?drawing a business plan for their own restaurant? taking time off work to have kids/ travel? or do the things that will bring a sense of clear, spiritual purpose in their lives? Or more fulfillment outside the hierachial demands of society?

For Pisces Rising people, Saturn started its transit in the 12th house in March 2020 when Saturn went into Aqua- coinciding with the outbreak of covid and subsequent lockdown restrictions.

During this 2 1/2 year period, interest in work/avenues that don't have a spiritual or "charity driven" objectives etc. May have been steered away from.

Too much focus on "bottom line" and "number crunching" etc. Would have exhausted their spirit as they detached from a world that was more about $ and cents.

During this tenure, many may have perhaps realized just how completely unsatisfying their work is from an introspective level. Perhaps seen it as incompatible with their purpose(this even if they didnt know what that purpose was).

It may have been a confusing period of "so if I don't like my job, what else can I do?" questions that need more introspective answers.

Saturn won't necessarily provide what the answer is. But it will certainly clarify what the answer is not.

Deep introspection will sort out the riff raff in between. This so that when Saturn moves to house 1, there is increased tenacity, discipline and surefootedness towards whatever that conceived goal during the Saturn in 12th house period was.

Saturn will transit Pisces and will be in house 12 for Aries Ascendants around March 2023. I will report back on what all of that will be like on my end.
