What are some meanings that you all associate with semisquares and sesquiquadrates?

I know that they are considered "minor" and "disharmonious" but I am more interested in how they can be used for positive transformation.

What are some of the other, less discussed energetic meanings associated with these angles? I know they are 8th harmonic angles: what is the deeper meaning of 8th harmonic aspects?

Additionally, would there be any differences in interpretation of these angles in a natal chart versus in synastry or a composite?
