http://juliedemboski.com/2022/12/05/full-moon-7-december-2022-say-it/ quote:
The Full Moon perfects at 8:08:08! PM PST at 16 Gemini 01, just 6 minutes from contact with retrograde Mars. Both Earth and Lunar energies are imbued with a Martian thrust that takes on a Geminian form; feelings may form ‘hot’ and just as quickly come out our mouths, go into print, or drive abrupt action, and we may find ourselves involved in a kind of challenge, one that tempts us to make our thoughts realities almost as soon as we have them. Mars’ retro status only encourages the ‘act now, think later’ atmosphere, and could mean we’re propelled forward before we even know we’ve had a thought (and this is especially a potential if this Full Moon is falling in your natal 12th House).
It's a long essay, you can read the rest over there. IP: Logged |

Plus, Book Riot released their Read Harder challenge for 2023. I found out about this, early this year, and I think a few years ago, too, just before everything went you-know. http://bookriot.com/read-harder-2023 quote:
READ HARDER 2023 Read a novel about a trans character written by a trans author. Read one of your favorite author’s favorite books. Read a book about activism. Read a book that’s been challenged recently in your school district/library OR read one of the most-challenged/banned books of the year by a queer and/or BIPOC author. Read a completed webcomic. Finish a book you’ve DNFed (did not finish). Listen to an audiobook performed by a person of color of a book written by an author of color. Read a graphic novel/comic/manga if you haven’t before; or read one that is a different genre than you normally read. Read an independently published book by a BIPOC author. Read a book you know nothing about based solely on the cover. Read a cookbook cover to cover. Read a nonfiction book about BIPOC and/or queer history. Read an author local to you. Read a book with under 500 Goodreads ratings. Read a historical fiction book set in an Eastern country. Read a romance with bisexual representation. Read a YA book by an Indigenous author. Read a comic or graphic novel that features disability representation. Read a nonfiction book about intersectional feminism. Read a book of poetry by a BIPOC or queer author. Read a book of short stories. Read any book from the Ignyte awards shortlist/longlist/winner list. Read a social horror, mystery, or thriller novel. Pick a challenge from any of the previous years’ challenges to repeat!Good luck and happy reading!
I've just read an entire cookbook, so I'm going to replace that with something I didn't complete this year. If you click through, they will have suggestions listed somewhere, and they also have a goodreads group. IP: Logged |

Full moon conjuncts Mars! Full moon gave a little water issue (again!), but comparing with previous ones, it was minor. Also, somebody I’ve not heard from the eclipse came back couple days before. Very expectable. I noticed people were more jittery and restless. I also had it, but mostly in the first part of the day. Also, somebody I barely knew suggested to join them for small hang out. I don’t like last minute invitations, but it was Gemini moon Mars. Anyway, it’s disappeared. How annoying it is why you need to make me planning just to disappear.teasel, I’m glad to find out there’s a reading challenge. I’ll take reading cookbook if I don’t need to actually cook it lol

It happened in my 11th(moon)/5th(sun) axis. On the exact day I ran into someone out of the blue and he asked me out. Meanwhile I think I am in love with someone else..have been for months... IP: Logged |

Sleep problems galore but this is an on going issues with Uranus trying my life. lolBut this energy was SO needed. My Leo MC IC has been though the ringer with Uranus. I've seen other people on my social media with air and fire get a bit more silly than sad. Having Uranus square my Leo IC in the same degree last month had me down on my knees begging more mercy. So it was nice having this Gemini in the same degree as my MC IC giving me emotional joy to part of the deepest part of my being. IP: Logged |

I mentioned that NYC is asking people to wear masks again - finally. When I posted, I had been thinking of people talking about the new and full moons in 2020, that were in Gemini. They were all about breathing, and "the truth" coming out. I'm talking about groups on facebook, too. I won't mention who runs them. Well, Grant Wahl, a much-loved and respected sports journalist, just dropped dead in Qatar. He said he'd been feeling under the weather, a touch of bronchitis, and that everyone was coughing. He had covid in August, when I was recovering from it myself, so this scares the **** out of me. His wife is a doctor, and is in shock. I've been hearing for over a year, at least, that those who have had covid (NOT THE VACCINE ITSELF) are more at risk of heart attacks, strokes, because of clots. I don't know what killed him, it could have been something else. But I wish people would just wear the masks - I'm talking about those liberals who just threw theirs aside, too, last year. My mum had an aortic aneurysm, and when it burst, she was gone immediately. IP: Logged |

Four month old baby taken into care, because it needs open heart surgery, and the parents put it off, requesting blood from those who weren’t vaccinated for Covid. http://www.rnz.co.nz/news/national/480297/high-court-takes-guardianship-of-sick-baby-at-the-centre-of-dispute-over-donor-blood The story was quote-tweeted by someone who calls himself a “pure blood”. He has a large following on twitter. Misinformation and conspiracy theories leading parents to put off surgery their baby urgently needs. IP: Logged |
