People with an anaretic Mars in your chart:(a) How has it played out for you in life? (b) Have you managed to your integrate Martian energies? If so, how? I personally have a doubly-debilitated Mars: both anaretic, and in the 12th house (but in the sign of Aries.) For me, it mostly manifests as an inability to make my feelings known to people of the opposite gender that I'm attracted to (I'm a 35-year-old male,) unless I see 100% unambiguous signals – basically I engage in this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xa-4IAR_9Yw. Thank you. IP: Logged |

As a suggestion, you could also look to your 2nd house and 2nd house ruler to get a better idea of how to improve your self-worth and nurture better self-esteem. The same goes for the Moon and healing lunar issues. As for Mars in the 29th degree, I have it as well and in a Water house. Water houses on their own can feel super heavy and tough to process and when you add a fiery planet like this, I think that can be the most problematic thing vs. Mars purely falling in the 29th degree. To me, the 29th degree alone can actually point to some amount of innate mastery of the planet and sign combination. It can make it easier to deal with the energy and the textbook manifestations. You just kind of get how it works, and you're more likely to bounce back faster when Mars problems come up. These problems are difficult since they can be so sudden and chaotic, depending on other aspects. But I think the 29th degree brings some degree of resilience and self-awareness so you can at least see it coming next time and have better tactical skills (looking at the whole god of war angle).
