Just realized that in my Placidus Chart, when Pluto hits Aquarius it is going to be in my 6th house. Does this guarantee some serious health problem like disease, cancer, or death?IP: Logged |

I don't think so. We don't all get this transit, and people will die anyway. I have Sun conjunct Ceres and Chiron in the 6th, and I was always the one getting sick as a kid, until I dropped out of school. Illness always hit me harder than everyone else, and I've been dealing with a stomach problem that started in 2010, but I have it somewhat managed now. My sister, who didn't get hit as hard with stuff, was diagnosed with Crohn's, in 2004, and Pluto wasn't in her 6th either. She actually got shingles, and I didn't know young people could get shingles. I don't know her transits at that time. IP: Logged |

I think it could as well reflect what you might bring to others in a service sense, to heal - restore them. An idea might be you meet someone or get a position in work that requires heavy fixing. Like in beauty and health. In the medical industry there's many areas when pain and transformation is required in the process of healing. 6th house, could also be someone big hearted enough to be animal rescue people. Where's your Chiron?IP: Logged |

Age and constitution would be a factor as well as how well one has taken care of one's health. If the health has been neglected, then a health issue can manifest during a Pluto transit to the 6H. This transit doesn't guarantee a serious or life threatening illness in my experience. IP: Logged |

It entered my sixth a couple of weeks or months ago. Diagnosed with a thyroid disorder 3 months ago and I'm thinking I got some kidney stones now. But when pluto was in my 5h, I got an incurable std which imo, is worse. IP: Logged |

Yes, the sixth is the house of service, and the day-to-day stuff, which is why I guess it's the basic house of health, too. Daily habits, your general environment. IP: Logged |

No. The 6th house for many people is far more oriented to vocation/employment. Pluto transiting there may outline health challenges to be met or urge more attention paid to the body, but in no way does it guarantee a major illness. It indicates empowerment matters, transformation of the self via the body, routines, habits, etc.------------------

It won't start transiting my 6th house until April. But I think I have problems with my Thyroid. I'm wondering if it'll just get worse. But I'm going to see my doctor about it next week. IP: Logged |

Yes, this has been my experience. I'm thankful to have found a good acupuncturist. IP: Logged |

Can you find some OTC iodine? Believe it or not the majority of us suffer from thyroid issues. Much due to radiation that's everywhere, even trace amounts are cell ravengers.

I would think Pluto transiting the 6th would deepen your ability to deal with health issues. I have this aspect natally, and it has made me very strong, blessed me with uncanny intuition and insight regarding my health, given me the ability to heal myself without depending on doctors, and I am overall healthier than people in my age bracket. Im going through this transit right now.I didnt any major problem,i was healed from problems with intestine that i was having for a few years.By the time of the jupiter, saturn and pluto conjunct i started the gym, about 3 years ago.My body totaly transformed totally,i gained muscle mass and decreased body fat. Before starting gym i was 95 kg,now 82 kg in a perfect form. This transit has given to me the will to transform my life,i sleep better, eating habits are better and im very consistent to go to gym 5 days a week without a break.About my job firstly when pluto entered in my 6th i lost it and i was unemployed for about 7 months because my company was having legal problems.I tried to start something else but for some reason it turned off at the last moment. Now i do a very specific duty with tax systems and only i in my company can do that.Probably helped even uranus in the 10th transit...Very good time i say,you will feel very good after it starts. You will be healed if you have some problems...IP: Logged |

Consider the purpose and potentials within Pluto: regeneration and rejuvenation. The lessons may be learned slowly, but they only become positive learning when focus on the negative/dis-ease is let go in favor of focus on your needs and inner power to heal. ------------------

Saturn square my pluto/moon/lilith transit has been one of the lowest points for my health. I was in the hospital for a week. But I've also got more into alternative health after that. Health problems can happen if the planets all gang up on your 6th house signs. But hopefully there is a rainbow after the storm. IP: Logged |

My mom and her twin are currently going through Pluto in the 6th house. From what I can tell you is that it seems to highlight health. For example, my mother who has been overweight for much of her adult life started taking her health more seriously and has spent the better half of this transit losing weigh and changing her diet. It hasn't been one of those, I think I'll go on a diet and then give up a month later type of deals. It's been very deep, personal, exhausting and filled with struggles. Because what most don't realize is that health is more than just what you eat. It's what you watch, what you read, who you associate with, how you live, etc. That has been the struggling part of the diet for my mom through the 6th house. In order to lose weight, you have to change what caused you to put the weight on to begin with. So it has been highlighting all the things in her life that have been impacting her health. The good thing is that since she has put forth the work and has stopped denying Pluto's push, she has been seeing the change, and growing as a part of it. Now my mom's twin on the other hand has also struggled with weight issues most of her adult life. She on the other hand hasn't listened to Pluto and is unfortunately experiencing major health issues. Example, diabetes, high blood pressure, mental health issues, etc.
I would say this transit focuses on anything and everything that is impacting your health. So again, not just about food in regards to health. It could be about stress from a job, routines that are dangerous to your health, people that are bad for your health, mentality, etc, etc.

Funny you mention that, I had a deep episode regarding that in December. Started to feel like I spent a lot of time in stressful jobs that caused me to drink a lot as a result and put my health in the back burner. Toxic partnerships too that impacted my mental health and stopped me from being the best version of me. Cleaned up my act big time and have lost around 15 lbs since November to now. IP: Logged |

Such a great description highlighting the effects of Pluto in the 6th, and how 2 people are handling it. One is handling it positively by embracing the hard work and transformation, one is rejecting the work and transformation and suffering the consequences. I really feel fortunate to have Pluto in the 6th. Pluto is all about control, and I enjoy taking charge of MY health and of MY body, perhaps a little too much, lol. I am not one of those who looks at the medical system and says "I am a helpless and ignorant schmuck. Oh experts, do with me as you please!" IP: Logged |
