For someone's 2023 solar return; does that take affect immediately once 2023 begins or does it take affect after their birthday in 2023?

Solar return happens when the transit sun conjuncts the natal sun... That happens on birthday. ☀

Actually, the solar return year begins when the transiting Sun is exact conjunct the degree of one's natal Sun, which is not necessarily on one's birthday. IP: Logged |
