Interesting, seemingly nice dude at my relatives floor who always stares at me and makes me feel confused when I am passing by. Got his chart: (Will edit out after)
Libra sun
Virgo moon (conjunct Lilith)
libra mercury rx
venus Virgo
mars in Aries rx

I have gemmy rising and 6th house full so I tend to attract Virgos and geminis -but libras typically are really outgoing around me- no this person. He seems nice but sometimes his eyes scary to me. Like when I go to visit the relative I see his shadow behind his door standing and he will bump into me but then gets awkward even tho I am very nice and outgoing. I will be chatting with him small talk and he will just stare at me. I have to say “okay nice chat bye!” Because he will just stand and stare after responding in short.
Is this his mars rx? I have a mercury and venus rx and so I get the rx vibes but perhaps because it is in Aries it is most potently a bit unusual.

Interesting.. And great observation, imo.

I think it would be the Mars rx.

But I have nothing to back this up with that would be more than what you already seem to be aware of.

So, you air planets will be a nice spring breeze giving him some relief from that opposition he has : )
