I have an idea to find the life path number based on the Sun, so the typical way to calculate life path number in numerology is to reduce the digits of the full birthdate to a single-digit number except for 11, 22 and 33 these are master numbers ... My idea is to make it more in sync with the Zodiac and Sun.

Take the degree of the Sun in the natal chart and reduce the digits then add it to the Sun sign zodiac number reduce if it needs to.

Example:
22¢X degree Leo Sun(5)= [2+2] + [5] = [4] + [5] = 9 is life path number
14¢X degree Virgo Sun(6)= [1+4] + [6] = [5] + [6] = 11 this is a master number no further reduction
3¢X degree Pisces Sun(12)= [3] + [1+2] = [3] + [3] = 6
9¢X degree Capricorn Sun(10)= [9] + [1+0] = [9] + [1] = 10 reduces to 1

Based on sun: 7
Based on birthday: 11

I am honestly torn between the two. With life path 11, I can see the traits of intuitive/unmaterialistic quite fitting for me, but have no idea what "harnessing psychic powers" means. 7 also seems right when considering my occupation as an engineer and my aquarius moon, but it doesnt give a holistic picture. Although I must say, the sentence "they love the part of getting to know someone, asking questions and exchanging answers, but often lack the interest or ability to build a heartfelt bond" is quite accurate.

Cancer Sun (4) 19 degrees = 4+1=5
Life path IS 5, so I'm stuck with 5
My moon is also in the 5th house and my name starts with a V.
I do believe that the Fire Dragon is also the 5th in that zodiac?

So yeah, 5.

@Stawr We should add the degrees to the sign number in the zodiac wheel [2+2]+[1]= 5 🌞 .. which you relate more to the Five life path or Eight? Or half half lol.

I tested it on some celeb and found that the Sun-based life path number fits them more. Madonna the singer, for example, has a date of birth life number (2) while based on the Sun's life path number its (1) I think that life path fits her personality more..
