What were your experiences when Pluto approached your natal Saturn? My Saturn is in 4H Aqua at 3 degrees. In 2025 transiting Pluto is going to form a conjunction to it (2 deg away from my IC as well) Earlier, for a few times I was suggested relocation and my structures regarding home and belonging either being strengthened, or transformed (destroyed) completely. I feel the latter one has much more possibility to happen in my case as I've been thinking hard about moving abroad for some time now... IP: Logged |

Personally the transit was a heavy hammer of the universe reorienting my life around me, and I was either in it or massively feeling the effects of resistance. I'm already very Pluto and Saturn heavy, so this was not exceptionally unusual of a transit, but it did coincide with a long term learning curve. For me Saturn sits on the cusp of my 10th/11th house, in Capricorn, loosely conjunct Neptune and makes a number of sextiles to personal planets. The biggest one is the near quincunx from my Moon in Gemini. But alas; the slow, grinding transit of Pluto over my Saturn was perhaps half a decade of shedding the learned understanding of The Father. Again, that's a big theme in my life and chart already. And btw I consider my Saturn placement as felt in both a 10th and 11th house capacity. This was a time where friendships were given a great test; my father became suddenly ill and passed during this time, and I had multiple connections over the time with guys who were almost a decade my senior. Almost all of these connections proved the foundation lay on sand and validation rather than anything structurally sound. The story is a little on the nose. And while I will say it is not always pleasant, it was a transit I would not change for anything. In some capacity, my dad passing on, and maybe my being his eldest spawn, meant I was unconsciously picking up the mantle. I became much more acquainted with my own inner Father (and still am, I will be for my whole life), and this meant that there was reflections of all types in the men I was connecting with at the time. For a connection with the IC/4th house, first off I would look what aspects are going on with the ruler of your 4th house. This will be the narrator of the story. (IE: For me, in the 10th/11th, it was Saturn at home.) Moving can absolutely be a thing with the 4th- and you may already have themes of it since Saturn has already been mostly through Aquarius already! These themes will play into it; Saturn has laid the path, so to speak. -R IP: Logged |

Pluto on Saturn may test your ground or what you believe is "real". A lot of it will be dismantled.IP: Logged |

I feel like Pluto conjunct Saturn was my first real "dark night of the soul" and almost like a Saturn return in some regard. Everything I knew about myself and my life was destroyed and had to be rebuilt from the ground up. I have Saturn in Capricorn 9H and my natal Pluto is 7H Scorpio, for the record. When transit Pluto got to be about 1-2* applying to my Saturn, I had the last major mental health crisis of my life. The sort of mental health crisis that ended with a mild NDE and made me decide I never wanted to be unwell enough to harm myself like that ever again. When transit Pluto was exact on my Saturn, I got involved in a bad relationship with a pretty toxic person. I was at my most depressed. My job was awful. It taught me a lot about what I never wanted to spend my life doing. The toxic relationship made me learn what I will and will not put up with in a relationship ever again. Things started clearing up a bit around the time transit Pluto was about 2* separating from my Saturn but then my Saturn Return hit, lmao. So that was also kind of rough, I lost a very beloved family member and was pretty depressed again for about two years. I know this sounds super bleak but I promise it has a good ending, lol. After the end of that two year depression, post-Saturn return, I decided "enough is enough" and found myself a good psychiatrist. I got diagnosed with a different disorder than the one past psychiatrists were treating me for and the treatment methods/medication for the new diagnosis worked basically within the first few weeks of starting. Which tells me that the entire time previously, I had been misdiagnosed and taking medication that wasn't serving me because I didn't have the disorder those meds were made to treat! It's been about 3 years since then, maybe 4 and the treatment has changed my life for the better. I'm at the most stable place I've ever been in life. So I definitely believe the notion that Pluto will destroy (almost*) everything it touches but that it will lead to the rebirth that the old structure needed. * - I say almost because my belief is that Pluto won't mess with anything that isn't already crumbling. If it's something in your life that doesn't need to come down (like say you're in a relationship that's actually just fine) then Pluto won't mess with it. If it's your work/career that's truly making you unhappy then expect Pluto to come in like a wrecking ball. Expect the entire experience to suck. But also expect to be very grateful by the time you come out on the other side because the rebirth always comes and it's great, really. IP: Logged |

I’m having the opposition 5H/11H with tPluto currently 4 degrees applying. I think this is the only transit I’ve been reading about that I’m having a hard time understanding what it actually means. I’m used to Pluto and I’m used to Saturn so how hard can it get?! IP: Logged |

Hi Everyone,Thank you for sharing your insights. I came back with an update, I was told not so long ago that the neighbor of my mom has deceased from cancer some time before Pluto turned retrograde. Also, my grandma had a stroke in May at the same time. Luckily, she is still alive and on rehabilitation 🙏 In the meantime, as Pluto started to widely oppose my natal MC, my career had a 180-degree turn and now I'm looking for a new job again. My job position has turned into a complete nightmare and higher ups started to play the control and powerplay game against me after Pluto turned Rx. It has been the worst experience for me so far... a major disappointment as things started out fine initially. And it made me think really hard if I should leave multinational companies in general and start my own business. Right now I'm not in the position financially to make a drastic change, but I think in the coming years my homelife and career will probably turn upside down and transform gradually. IP: Logged |
