actually, i'm afraid that pluto transiting aquarius sign we will see technology and governement trying to control our freedom and privacy settings

but in the other hand, pluto can lead to fighting and violence for freedom. It could mean also releasing yourself from authority figures that abuse power. I really need that atm, i am trapped by some boss and a whole group(11th house) that prevent me from growing in my career by blocking me with any kind of tricks and prerogatives he has around in his area

I won't speak on the social level (that's too much ground to cover).But i will speak on a personal level.

For those with Cap planets, Pluto tore down insecure structures and facades. This no matter what fashion they were presented in.

In my case, Mercury in Pluto went from "I want to do so much with my life" to "If i can only get this one thing done. I will be happy. "

For a Venus in Cap person i know, things went from "I am married" to "I am not sure" . Whilst for the Sun in Cap individual, it may have been "I know where I am going" to "I hope I get there."

Now its time for Aquas to be shook and their safety nets yanked away. Many will experience a metaphorical "death" by way of where Aqua is attached.

I have an Aqua friend whom is already showing signs that this transit will force him to come out of his shell.

Another one who has Moon in Aqua, may have to face the vulnerabilities and confront the fact that "what was" is definitely influencing "what is".

I have no Aqua planets. So the hit will not be direct. It'll come through my Sco Ven, Sat and Pluto ( the latter being the 1st to get hit). If those structures are not secure, they will break apart.

The last time Pluto moved through Aquarius, Neptune was in Libra. A rather different experience for the public imagination, ideals, expectations, and spiritual orientation than what Neptune will bring in Aries. Aries will fire up ideals, individual spirituality, and creativity in Aries in a way that is in harmony with the better potentials of Pluto in Aquarius.

Technocracy is the monster staring down humanity right now. That subversion of democracy and facilitator of dictators and authoritarianism all in the name of law and order, public health, and letting the 'smart' people lord it over us.

Pluto's end in Capricorn brings anticipation of something better than authoritarianism and all its variations. The 21st century printing press is already here (the pc). The 21st century global communications network and library is already here (the internet). We the People just have to work together to keep them free and ensure that Democratic ideals prevail. Secrets that should not be secret cannot remain secret for long.

This will be a creative experience of how we use the opportunity in front of humanity. It is not a choice between two dystoptian poles we do not desire.

PLUTO through Aquarius stirs up an electric spark of extra power to be more free, to mark positive revolutions onto the pages of history. Because of where we are at this point, some violence may be inescapable, but it can be learned from in a positive way.

NEPTUNE through Aries helps by stirring up a more practical idealism than Libra could ever offer. Aries puts it in your mind and body to DO something rather than continue contemplating the ideal and procrastinating until a better time or an easier opportunity. It brings a NOW to the urge towards a better ideal that will partner quite nicely with Pluto in Aquarius.
