I don't have any placements in my 12house except for my Uranus and Neptune.

Aquarius in the 12th is definitely going to be some fun, "hippie" energy. I would say that it's likely going to be like a meditative trip, you'll get back whatever you go in with. So if you go in expecting positive things, you'll likely be met with positive results. If it's a spiritual awakening you want, I'm willing to bet that Pluto will deliver.

In my experience, I started feeling the effects of Pluto on my Saturn when it came within 2* applying, meaning, let's say your Uranus is at 14* Aquarius, you may start feeling the effects of Pluto in your life relative to Uranus when it reaches 12* Aquarius. I know some astrologers will say that the influence is more like 5* to even 10* so your mileage may vary. I definitely feel like within 2* applying/separating is when you'll really feel like, "Oh lawd, it's here."

Uranus I feel like... there's not a lot of ways to tell how it's going to play out. I'd say don't try to predict it, just be aware that around that time, stuff's gonna get weird. You'll have to just roll with the punches. I don't think it'll be bad, though, but you should see if anything in your chart is aspecting your natal Uranus. I think that'll indicate better if you're going to have a Good Uranus Time or a Rough Uranus Time. Neptune is chill even with malefics aspecting it, I personally think. So if you have any creative endeavors, expect Pluto on Neptune to be a fun time for your creativity. Just be mindful of going down any existential rabbit holes or info hazards.
