if we look at the current planets and say currently mercury is trine mars...everyone will feel that...how strong though?

will they feel it stronger than the senario of transit mercury trine NATAL mars?

I think you really only feel universal transits if they make aspects to your natal planets. What aspects they make determine for you the strength and effect of these universal transits.
