Which one would you say struggles more with accepting their emotions and feelings?

i think u need to look at the whole chart

i hve sag moon conjucnt saturn
so i sturggle with my emotions and come off as very reserved even tho my chart wouldn't nessesarly suggest it from all the sag and gemini i have

also someone that has all planets in feminine sighs but has a a sag moon would probably struggle quite i bit with it cuz it's so different from the rest of their chart

it comes down to aspects made to the moon that determine how one feels towrards it
also things like is it in its detrement or whatever

@ Hmmm. Saturn conj Moon would have you come off like a Cap Moon. Aspects are everything. They really do count. As do planets in 4th and 7th which (in my experience) tend to influence the nature towards more introversion (4th) or relationship/ "other" oriented (7th).

Just to add an example: my husband has a Taurus Moon conjunct Saturn and someone I know real well has a Gemini Moon conj Saturn and both are more textbook Cap Moon than me, with a Cap Moon. I on the other hand, have my Moon strongly aspected by Jupiter and Pluto and probably don’t come off as a Cap Moon whatsoever. So, aspects! And houses!

Yes. I often have stated that houses are not synonymous to signs. But then in my consultations , I often see that Moon in 7th(for instance) will have qualities that are very similar to Moon in Libra.

I find this to be most applicable to the Moon. So even when Sat-Moon is conj, when it's in house 7, it suggests someone who takes commitment (Sat)very seriously.

They are emotionally content when in some type of a long term relationship - this either in terms of a "clique" ,group or romantic attachment (7th).

This is all very interesting, and I find it accurate. I have a Cap Moon, aspected by Sun, Mars, and Jupiter. Inconjunct to Mercury, and just out of square to Pluto. It's in my 2nd house. I am reserved, but my emotions run high and deep and I spend a lot of time feeling it all out. However, I do this only in private. I am not one to share my emotions. This is when they pertain to me though. I can easily express emotions towards or for others.

My daughter on the other hand has Gem Moon conjunct Saturn in the 10th. It's widely opposite Pluto, and trine Mars/Uranus. She is very uncomfortable processing feelings. She has been like that always, and I remember that when something was highly upsetting to her as a kid she would bury herself in a book to avoid feeling.

My other daughter has a Sag moon in the 2nd, trine Saturn, square uranus. It's also square Mercury. She is very quiet about her feelings, very private. She has very deep feelings (Pluto is just out of reach for being conjunct, but in the same sign), but she prefers to handle them on her own. You cannot push this kid- she will only do things when she is ready. (All of these aspects but also sun square Pluto and a Taurus Mars.)

Slight segue, but typing this out made me realize we all have similar aspects to the moon. Though different aspects (trine, conjunct, square, opposite, sextile, semi square...), our moons are all aspected by Uranus, Saturn, Mercury, and Mars. And all three of us have aspects from Pluto that are slightly out of reach, but still enough to make an echo... Family hallmarks are fascinating.

Random thing I've noted (of the friends and people I've dated who have Sag moon) -- they are pretty big fans of drugs/substances.
