Would anyone have any interpretations for 1/12 of a return? Especially for slow-moving planets like Saturn through Pluto? I imagine the juicy part of information might be how X planet treats a sign of yours (your natal) during its transit through it. Possibly how it also treats the two houses being transited while the 1/12 of a return is valid.
