Nep is angular in your chart. My guess is that sustaining/anchoring roots has always been somewhat of a challenge for you? Neptune energy (because its open-ended nature) tends to have the effect of having us feeling like we don't really belong anywhere. Or else we struggle to truly connect with the surroundings we find ourselves in. Feeling isolated /like a tourist, is not unusual. The song "Life for rent" (by Dido) comes to mind.
Because Nep is on the degree angles, the energy can translate into ur identity (Asc),ur career(Mc) & relationship(Dc). In each of this, you can feel detached, lost, confused or like a traveller just "drifting" through.
This means there is little connection with these areas of life. Or confusion in terms of them. Clarity is hard to come by logically with Nep. One must "feel" themselves through things. And these "feelings" are subject to shift too.
By whole sign, Sun/Ven conj in house 1. Jupiter conj Uranus in house 4. Chiron in 10th and Saturn has started in the 7th.
So it makes sense that you may want to set up roots. Saturn is about growing up and the crystallization of things. So Saturn starting out on the 7th house of "contracts" , would suggest some type of commitment.
Notice how Jup rules house 4(home)and house 7 (contracts)? And the transit of Sat in Pis (ruled by Jup) just entered the 7th house. And you are looking to buy(7th house of agreement) a home(4th house of home).
Saturn would also affect the 1st house of self through the additional opp of Sun Leo/Venus in Virgo in whole sign house 1 I.e. I need to be settled. I need to grow up.
Trans Sat affecting the 10th house of career/status change is square natal Chiron. Buying a home changes the status from a "leaser" to "owner".
The square to Chiron would trigger those themes related to career/status. And my thinking is that with Chi in Gem, Sat square is challenging this "drifter" mentality in terms of career/status. It is likely subduing your restless nature.
Sat affecting 4th house by squaring Jup/Ura "binds" u to one place.Jup/Ura may have encouraged the "I am just looking. But I am not buying" mentality when it comes to the domestic life.
The chart you have reiterates(even with whole sign) someone who drifts a lot or doesn't like committing long-term and keeping options open. So this transit of Saturn is BIG. It is solidifying a lot. This especially when opposing your Sun.
I suspect that the current Nep transit conj the Dsc angle may be foggying things up and not letting you see things clearly. And that's how deception can come about.Nep in the 7th house angle suggests that this oversight or misrepresentation may come through contracts or agreements (7th). Be careful. Don't skip the small print.
With Saturn transiting currently, there may be delays in getting that home you want. You may (for instance) have to settle for conditions that are more practical than desirable I.e. renting temporarily whilst you find your home. Living in restrictive conditions whilst there are renovations in your home etc.
Whatever it is, Sat will add that "limiting" aspect to the manifestation for a couple of months. So even if you do get a home, there may be delays in getting a loan approval. Or maybe the home itself surfaces foundational issues that make it temporarily uninhabitable etc.
I always tell people that with Sat transit, one must not rush into decisions. And to manage expectations. The current Nep trans on your angles could suggest that there are hidden/concealed issues that may affect you right now.
So once again, be careful that you don't glaze over the small print before you sign on the dotted line. Trans Sat there interacting with Nep will let you pay for whatever "assumptions" you believed were in your favour. But turned out to be the opposite of that.☝🏿
