It can work if both people want it to work and has worked on their own toxic traits. If you enter into a relationship like that while holding on to your own toxic behavior it will go bad. Unevolved people will not deal with aspects like that in a more positive way. Neptune can cloud and be very confusing and if the people involved are not so forthcoming this won’t play out well, and Pluto can be very toxic aswell bringing some power issues into play and distrust because the people involved might like to keep each other on their toes. You better work on your maturity if you want a relationship like that to work.
