During Taurus Season of this year (May 2023), I created my Venus YouTube Short Video Series where I talked about topics related to Venus (astrology planet). If you haven't been paying attention I have been making astrology short videos for my theastrofiend YouTube Channel on past (Legacy Project) and current/ongoing astrology blog posts.

For this series I created and uploaded on YouTube my astrology interpretations on Women Love Power Feminine Seductive Archetypes (based on 7 feminine archetypes and 13 secondary feminine archetypes, and Kibbe Body Types (a more modern body typing system for women).

I also talked about the Hadid Modelling Sisters who are both Venus Ruled (Taurus Gigi Hadid and Libra Bella Hadid) and the difference between Venus Ruled Signs Taurus and Libra using them as examples.

Anyways in this blog post based on my Venus series back in May during Taurus season, I will be finally posting my astrological interpretation of Kibbe Body Types and the astrology of physical appearance in honor of Libra season (happy Libra season to all Libras). I will briefly explain Kibbe Body Types, provide my astrological interpretations of each of the body types and provide Kibbe body type verified celebrities astrology information as an example.

Kibbe Body Types Explanation: Quick Breakdown

5 Families: 13 Body Types

Kibbe Body Type system is a body typing system created by David Kibbe in the 1980s that takes into account, height, facial features, flesh (not weight), and bone structure/lines/shapes using yin (soft/round) or yang (sharp/vertical).

These shapes are broken down into 5 families, Dramatic, Natural, Classic, Gamine and Romantic. The philosophy is to embrace your lines, bone structure and try to not morph yourself into the idealized body shape but work with what you already have. Note there are no Pure Naturals, Classics or Gamines Body Types anymore!

Dramatic usually taller or appear taller in size/height, long limbs, angular sharp edges, strong and prominent features, look narrow and long. Soft dramatic more fleshy but still large/angular, aka large and fleshy

Natural Kibbe Body Type

Flamboyant Natural on the taller end in size/height, squarish, broad shoulders, blunt bones, stocky, wide features, straight little curve, flat. flamboyant naturals have longer vertical leaner lines / taller and more sharp and dramatic bone structures. Soft naturals are more fleshy and don't have as much sharpness, bluntness, or vertical lines.

Classic Kibbe Body Type

Classic is a blended body type. moderate in size/height balanced blended features that don't stand out from each other, evenly proportioned, body is symmetrical. Soft Classic have more flesh and curve. While Dramatic Classic have more edge, sharpness, angularity, and drama.

Gamine Kibbe Body Type

Gamine is a contrasted body type, petite/small in height, contrasted body (angular sharpness in facial features body parts but also small and compact). Flatness, straightness/little flesh. Flamboyant gamine are more bold, defined, dramatic sharp, angular, and wider. Soft Gamine, are fleshier, curvier, rounder or more doll like.

Romantic Kibbe Body Type

Romantic hourglass, fleshy, moderate to petite in size/height, soft, lush, round, wide, shapely. Theatrical Romantics have sharpness, angularity, and drama.

Do our physical traits match and go with our personality?? Yes. No. Sometimes. It Depends

I believe genes, race/ethnic background, environment, socioeconomic class, and our diet dictate physical appearance MORE than astrology. However I think astrology enhances what is already there and physically shows the energy and essence of a person and their personality that can sometimes be reflected in appearance. There is some accuracy to Leo hair, Sagittarius thighs and hips, Scorpio eyes, Aries Forehead, Cancer breasts, etc. Remember astrology shows potential. Also remember this is my subjective opinion and this is for fun. I enjoy the Kibbe Body Type system but I don't take it as fact!

For me and my method when writing this post; I don't just go off Ascendant.
You would have to look at Ascendant-Sun-Venus-Mars and/or Jupiter what signs they are in, what aspects they form, and what planets (if any) are in your 1st / First House.
