What in a chart do you think shows that someone had very busy or absent parents? Any personal experiences?

Neptune or Pluto influence, 8 and 12th house as well. Sometimes Saturn if aspected with the aforementioned.

Moon/Uranus contacts, Saturn/Uranus, 4th house and IC interactions with Uranus (and to a lesser degree, Mercury).

Sometimes Saturn or Sun in the 8th can indicate this as well, but much less so in modern time.

My father's absence is denoted by the sun in my natal opposition his sol house. My mom was around but limited. Her moon near my saturn. She was aloof and often passed me to other's due to her schedule in duties and social life.
Family and friends were my caregivers most often.
Idk if other's see mom moon/child's saturn. There might be other indicators.

Saturn in Capricorn and/or the 10th house can signify difficulties getting along with one's parents!

It could also be a well meaning parent who may have had a mental illness, and wanted to be there, but wasn't!

It can also signify a parent who is well meaning but too strict!

Sun and moon aspecting the outer planets: Saturn, Pluto, Uranus, and Neptune. Contrary to popular belief the aspects doesn't matter either.

For example, a Moon-Pluto trine doesn't mean everything is smooth. Maybe the person's mother was just able to conceal the abuse perfectly vs a SQUARE where there is some obvious tension and/ or action involved.

Sun in 12th house conjunct chiron, my father passed when I was 16 very suddenly (overdose)

Moon conjunct Pluto exact, my mother was in a car accident before I was born and left her with a tbi (she has the mind of a perpetual teenager). She was and still is emotionally cold, there was no emotional bonding as a child.

I'm thinking saturn with an opposition a moon/sun particularly if the parent is the Saturn. especially in libra/aries (child) or Aquarius/Leo (creation), Just kicking this around in my mind.
