The lunar was a release relating with my mc, visible known self. I'll later express how that transl. The sol eclipse coming 4/8

from Bernadette Brady’s Eagle & Lark Book,

quote:
March-April 2024 (S.S. North 8)

Starts: May 17, 1501, 3:39:06 GMT North Pole Ends: June 23, 2745

Aspects: The New Moon squares Uranus and is also on the midpoint of MercuryNenus. Pluto holds a powerful position
as it occupies the midpoint of Venus/Saturn as well as the New Moon/Node. In addition, there is a Mars-Mercury square with Mars on the New Moon/Neptune midpoint.

New Moon = Uranus = MercuryNenus Pluto = Venus/Saturn = New Moon/Node
Mars = Mercury = New Moon/Neptune

Inventiveness and flashes of genius are the hallmark of this Saros Series. The individual will have intuitive leaps, insights, good ideas, visions or vivid dreams. This new-found inspiration will pull the person away from his or her social life or relationship, thereby causing strain in the private life. This is a time when the person needs to be free, if only for a few weeks.

Eclipses 1900-2050:
1916, 1934, 1952, 1970, 1988, 2006, 2024, 2042

quote:
September-October 2024 (S.S. 8 South)

Starts: April 1, 1718, 0:15:02 GMT South Pole Ends: April 30, 2962

Aspects: Saturn is on the New Moon/Mars midpoint. Saturn = New Moon/Mars

Separation and loss. To be parted. To finish something, and to feel sad at its completion. Physical injury is also possible through over-straining one's strength. This is not the time to undertake strenuous physical activities.

Eclipses 1900-2050:

Very intense contacts in my chart.

But I survived all previous eclipses and all turned out for the best. Not going to fret now.

Friends of mine from a now-gone goal-setting site, are setting some goals for this year. Not jumping right in this month, just general things they want to try, or see as important.

One of them mentioned the eclipse in April, and how people will be getting together to watch it in public. That hadn’t even occurred to me. One said we should order our eclipse glasses early, if we want to make sure to be able to watch, because they were all sold out with the last one. I don’t know if I actually want to watch it, but I might. We’re in the path of totality.

I thought I was done setting goals, but I might try making a small list. One practical, one with more “I wish”, but the latter leaves me wary now.

Points to note
During eclipses, Astrologers note the following transit positions of the eclipse:
- the Nakṣatra of the conjoined Sun and Moon. (SE = “eclipse-point”)
- Ascendant during the eclipse, at the native’s place of birth.
- Jupiter’s Transit

The most important points of reference for the natal chart are Sun, Moon, Lagna, Lagna lord and Ārūḍha Lagna. Should the eclipse nakṣatra correspond to either of these, then the eclipse is relevant for the individual.

LE 1. Hasta (nakshatra)
SE 1. Revati

LE 2. Purva Bhadrapada
SE 2. Hasta

People are talking about the eclipse happening over my area, in April. It sounds like traffic will be a nightmare, and everything will be packed. Hotels are charging triple the price for rooms, and a lot have been booked for over a year.

I had been thinking it would be good to get together with people, but now I think I’ll stay home. We could also not end up seeing it, because the weather here never cooperates. We couldn’t see the full moon, because of the rain and cloud cover. Not even a hint that it was there.

Yes, new moon today at 20'41 Aqua! CafeAstrology has the chart. It's square Uranus in Taurus.

Today's new moon falls in my 8th, loosely conjunct my Saturn... I hope there will be a shift. Recently I've had some realizations about my sexuality and general dissatisfaction with my sex life. YAY

Thank you Moon for another helpful thread!
3/25 eclipse is loosely square my AC/conjunct the AC of my crush.
4/8 eclipse is loosely conjunct my Mercury.
9/17 eclipse is conjunct my Mars/my crush's moon.
10/2 eclipse is on my crush's AC and square my AC. lol I'll probably be over them by then!

I think the 3/25 eclipse will be a preview of what's to come on 10/2. There will be some correlation between events.

I have empty Libra/4th house but my nodal axis is 1' Cap/Cancer, so I wonder if the 3/25 eclipse will affect that or not. Otherwise the year looks uneventful for me, at least in terms of eclipse action.

However, my father with his Libra stellium + Aries moon will see some action, hopefully good things. All in his 2nd. The 10/2 eclipse is on his Mercury and 4/8 is on his moon in his 8th house.

I can get really emotional and intense the month before the eclipse.

I really feel like I need to watch myself because this first eclipse is squaring my Jupiter(optimism)

I decided that I needed to use all my PTO days I've earned at work. I've been really struggling with how my job is so draining and trying to be social with people afterwards.

I forgot about the full moon. I thought we had a few weeks.

People in the path of that one, are being told to get in food, medications, and anything else they might need, just in case. I thought it was a joke at first, but they’re saying phone service could stop, because of so many people using the signals, and the power could go out?
