Topic: Should I invest in property?

I've read before that a south node in Cancer indicates bad luck with property/home stuff. However, I've always been really lucky in this area - I've almost always had a beautiful place to live. Despite whatever conflict was going on in my home, the physical space itself has always been good.I'm pretty hesitant to risk my savings on an investment property, but it's been a longtime dream of mine. Is my chart favorable to this? What about upcoming transits (after Mercury Rx, obviously)?  IP: Logged |

I'm not an expert but you do have Moon (the home) conjunct Venus (money), although it is an out of sign conjunction, it is still a conjunction!That might explain your lucky experience with home/houses! I find out of sign conjuncts strange but you do have one with the Moon and Venus!

sashavittoria, have you looked at you Arabic parts and specifically property. I believe there are APO real estate specifically. . I mean some I've caught in my life actually highlight correct deg and signs by events. As well maybe POf. This could denote your investment as something fruitutous or beneficial. I agree venus but anything aspect ingredient your chart taurus as well your h2 and that sign living there. As these are your values and of course if anything transits 4h that could give hope or a degree of warning. Mercury, idk if he's homes, he's merchandise etc. .
Without seeing your transits, it's difficult to discern. Also in my studies ilook @prog to transits too. By look@ your chart here I feel uranus &mercury might personally speak on your purchasing of real-estate. Mercury ruling 4h and iir taurus is in 11th, Aquarius/uranus. Hence your chart uranus on desc. You might have always flirted with this possibility become uranus being connected your 11/tau.. looking @your 2nd for values and tau natural home in your energy - yes! Cancer rules it, moon as well in 11h. Your Aquarius energy can be telling. Watch your Aquarius, taurus, virgo, cancer transits for triggers, omens and I'd def watch uranus and mercury. I'm seriously curious if the midpoint of your energies may be good to observe too. Honestly, I'm getting ringing heavily on this I think I'm channeling. I'll brb.
Your mid-points on you uranus and mercury water trine your venus/jupiter midpoint. These 4 players will benefit you to study. Another thing, as we study relationships, ties that bind. A formula sure to look for, a fixed saturn. Be cared with the pluto/venus dynamic in a home buying ventu. Especially if you plan to keep it even as a rental, air b&b etc. Because like twinflame dynamics, it can be brutal. Pluto person to cnj of property venus, can be a bend equal to love/hate. Like a money poor a house with issues that are difficult to work around.
