I wonder though if this Neptune transit is exacerbating all of that? I am so confused about what it is that I actually want.

Someone asked me out yesterday at a party and I have been single since 2015. Yes,dating off/on but usually a month or two. Nothing concrete since.

Each year my interest wanes more and more. I still have sexual feelings. But the desire for dating or even being interested in another person beyond me creating our romantic relationship in my head,is not there.

I was then 33 years old when I admitted and/or found out that I wasn't bisexual, just purely gay!

Saturn was in Aquarius then (just a few years ago). I wonder if it was a Saturn transit?

My 5th house is Cancer/Leo. There's nothing subtle about Leo energy.

Similar story. Was interested in both genders till post varsity. Didn't see myself as "bi" though. Just thought everyone has these feelings.

At age 22, the switch came on. Plu was on my Jupiter. Jupiter is conjunct Sun. Sun rules my 5th house.

I hear you. 🙏🏿. In my case, I wanted to be like the dudes I admired. Then wanted to BE with dudes period 😂.

Neptune right now is raising questions about my already complicated attractions.

I am attracted to guys. Yes. But even on those attractions, there are nuances at play that make me extremely selective and idealistic.

But it's not that sort of "comimg out". Its more "reorientation" or changing my "type" to "unspecified". Add to this, what I actually want in a relationship/ in dating someone. I don't know anymore 🤷🏿‍♂️

I got advances from someone very attractive. And I felt nothing. No excitement. Nothing. And this isn't the 1st time it's happened.

I think I am ready for a change. And perhaps that is also why Uranus is opposing my Venus as it approaches the cusp of house 2(Placidus)?

I have been very comfortable with the on/off nature of my previous relationships.Natal Pluto in 7th is also in square aspect to transit Plu. Exciting times.

Maybe I would be gaining some strength back from the trans Neptune/Sun square wipe out this year? I certainly hope so🙏🏿

I am not "turning straight".🤣. No. But I think I am losing interest in romance or love. I keep on saying "I'm married" when I am not. I do this to put people off because I no longer know what it is that I want.

This transit is about learning in the intuitive sense. And by that, I mean that one has to "feel" their way to an answer. And this can definitely open one up to knowing "more".

Things not involving textbooks or external expertise.But trusting one's own inner self to provide the answer. Sounds chaotic. Yes.But that is how it is going.

I think the influence of this placement creates a more "illusionary" and "dreamy" version of what a relationship should be; Some mystical oneness that goes beyond the physical. Thankfully I have more than enough aspects to anchor me down to reality and focus on the nitty gritty physical and practical needs that a relationship entails. This aspect just gives in that little special extra to spice up the romance .

👌🏿. Yes that's true. Neptune in 5th can be romantic and mystical.

I would imagine rikanxe novels or erotic fiction writers would benefit from having Nelruje in 5th. As would fantasy novelists like JRR Tolkien(birth time unknown).

George RR Martin(Author of "World of Fire and Ice" which inspired the series "Game of Thrones ") has ruler of his 5th house in 6th with Neptune. Neptune just made it into his 6th house.
