Topic: Should I change my birth time by 40 minutes?

I would really appreciate it if someone could give some opinion on my doubt, I was born in Recif in the -2 time zone but this was replaced by the -3 time zone. but I discovered official information about a 40-minute difference for those born where I was born. Should I adopt this 40 minute time difference on my map?
I will leave below what the official text says:
"The standardization of the observance of four time zones has since caused differences between the apparent solar time. For example, until 23:59:59 on December 31, 1913, the apparent solar time of Recif was approximately 02:19:36 behind the Greenwich Meridian, according to geographic coordinates of the capital, whose longitude is calculated at 34°54'W (34 degrees and 54 minutes west) and at 00:00:00 on January 1, 1914, instead of the clocks being advanced by 19 minutes and 36 seconds to 00:19:36, were delayed[33] by 40 minutes and 24 seconds, to 11:19:36 pm on December 31st"IP: Logged |

What I mean is that you can draw up a chart for both. Then wait for transiting Mars to hit either the Asc/Dsc axis. Or Ic/Mc axis. You'll know this energy is up because you'll be more touchy/irritable than usual. Or people will easily grate on your nerves. One of the degree placements will stimulate that. Whilst the other will not do much. Hmmmm. That sounds more like Saturn. Mars would be sitting opposite someone answering questions that feel invasive and then you and up getting defensive and talk back/become rude etc. Since you are not prepared to take it this Sunday, will there be another time given to you to do it? This time when better prepared? Can I see your chart?

I hope to upload the image correctly. This job test is in a single day test for a government job. on one side the original birth chart, on the other side is the birth chart with the time changed 40 minutes earlier.

This should be simpler than you think. Atleast you have time to work with.Dates 3-13 Feb, Mars would have affected the chart adjusted to 40 minutes later. Anything stand out from those days? For the original chart, dates 15 -28 Feb should have an event that reflects Mars. On either dates, it doesn't have to be something life-altering that you can recall. As i said , it could be something as small as a screaming match with a family member or a service consultant. Whatever that event was/will be, it is likely something that made you feel "this is unfair " or "something must be done" etc. During that time,you are outraged or hot under the collar about something you felt you needed to stand up against/for . Make your displeasure and unhappy feelings known etc. For example, in my case Mars was square my Asc and conj my Mc around Feb 7. I received really bad customer service at a Traffic department whilst renewing my driver's license. The incident left me feeling edgy and displeased. I talked to a lot of people about it. That was an example of a Mars transit for me because the incident surfaced angry feelings . IP: Logged |

Yes. That's the spirit. You should "feel" it out. We have "The transit and Mood log 2024" that we have set up in order to help members track their transit. What you can do is write what you go through when you are feeling triggered OR when something that you believe is significant happens in any day at any time. It can be about absolutely anything under the Sun. It matters not. And that entry on there will assist you in clarifying for you what happened at a particular time when you reflect. Coz you'll have "evidence". This "evidence" will.give you some objective stance on your feelings. It will also enhance your ability in being able to recognize energetic patterns with planetary transits or Moon sign ingressions. You don't have to post daily. Just when you feel.Also,you don't have to disclose details. Just whatever you feel like disclosing at that time.🙌🏿 On the date you mentioned,it's tricky to reach a conclusion.Why? Mars had just entered Aquarius at 0 Degrees(on the old old charts's Ic(family tension or inner discomfort).Yes. But that day also had Moon in Ari trans between 21 Deg and 25 Deg (touching the adjusted chart angles) Aries Moon can also be one Moon position that can surface angry emotions and feelings. This because Aries is ruled by Mars.So during an Aries Moon transit,one can experience emotional outbursts that are quite similar to a Mars transit. But note the position of Mars. And see what happens when Mars is in Tau 0 on June 10th. And also on June 1st(when Mars will be on Mars 23Aries). IP: Logged |

Yes you can . You can use Saturn for a difficult time you went through where you had to swallow your feelings and "pull it together". I was going to suggest that you do solar arc progressions with both charts. Starting from the one adjusted and then the one that is not. Typically (and sadly) traumatic/painful events tend to stand out more than happy ones when verifying transits/ progressions Depression
Hospitalization
Car accident
Traumatic incident
Health issue
Heartache
Death and loss
More responsibility or hard work etc. Think of incidences in the past that are moderately spaced apart that feature the above. 3 incidences (atleast)should do. The progressions and/or transits should confirm the degree. And the planet should also reflect the essence of what the incident was about. For example depression is usually involving Neptune and Saturn. Hospitalization is usually Saturn, Nep and Uranus Car accident is usually Mars/Uranus and Saturn etc. IP: Logged |
