I tend to manifest better things, and more when I follow my North Node in Pisces rather than go with my South Node in Virgo!

My South Node in Virgo likes to be overly realistic and nitpick every negative possible scenario, which can be toxic at times!

Obviously Pisces has the possibility of delusion but I tend to like to focus more on the positive (Pisces is co-ruled by Jupiter which can be a very positive planet) these days!

I love this.

I do struggle with knowing how to follow my NN. It’s in Leo in 2H, but I’ve also got Venus conjunct ASC in Leo. Sometimes it feels like my life’s purpose is to love unconditionally… That when I open my heart and focus on love, not fear, I then find It begin to manifest what I want.

Some say that this placement is more like NN in the 1H because it’s on the cusp and in equal house it would be 1H

Not sure!

I feel you on the Virgo! I’ve got a stellium in the 3H. I can sometimes do my own head in!

Yeah Virgo can be negative but it's also partly the strong Saturn vibes in my chart too!

Mine is Aquarius h9
I also have Saturn h9 so I’ve also had delays.

Something I really like about my chart is that my NN conjuncts my MC with h9 related to college, I’m a millennial who finished college and actually uses their degree.

Also my NN is conjunct child. I have 2 degrees in early childhood.

I never saw the 9th house as a spiritual house until recently. It’s gotta be Saturn and that I only have DC in Sagittarius.

I have a lot of Aquarius energy in my chart. I get told I’m a team player at work.

Also a social circle that’s been in my life feels like we are all from a different planet and get each other and also how I met my TF

That is an interesting approach. I haven't looked much into the connection between the NN and manifesting, but I know personally that getting close to the NN energy can feel like trying to move two same poles of magnets close to one another.
From my understanding, in vedic astrology the NN is considered somehow evil (or destructive if you will).

I believe manifesting comes from the ability to connect somehow with your midpoint of Jupiter and Pluto. People who have that midpoint in an aspect with their moon, mercury, in the 11th, 3rd or the 6th house, are generally better at manifesting in my view.

Midpoints of Mercury/Jupiter and Moon/Jupiter could also be important in manifesting. If they're receiving an aspect from Saturn for instance, manifestation might be a long and doubtful process.

I've read that NN is where one should concentrate one's energy -yes-manifesting as the SN is old patterns we repeat which aren't always beneficial anymore. 11h Leo NN here.I'm not a gregarious, group centered person so I'm kinda of struggling with the 11 th house of friends and the Leo energy.I'll take it more as the house of dreams and wishes and try to manifest it that way.

Thank you everyone!

I have a double energy in my nodes! My North Node is in Pisces, in the 12th house so I'm supposed to accept some of the messiness of life this lifetime!

I noticed even some of the 'bad' things that I have criticized (Virgo) have turned out for my highest good (Pisces)! I also have to be careful not to think everything that's bad is good too!

Interesting. I think this resonates.

I have NN in Aries and I believe my lesson in this life is to put myself first and stop living for others. My Libra SN has made me completely lose my self and identity in order to make others happy.

I’m all for being selfish now! 😂

I don’t really believe in manifestation, but with my north node in Sagittarius, that was the advice in one of those books on nodes. Just to believe, and act on that. I can’t say it’s always worked out for me.

My moon and Venus are conjunct my south node, square mars in Pisces.

Hi! How can I do that having NN in Scorpio conjunct desc? Well, I also have Venus/MC square nodes, but maybe conjunction is more important.

South Node in Taurus/North Node in Scorpio has to know when to leave a bad situation, place, or person! I know that 'bad person' is somewhat subjective but knowing when to enjoy the sensual parts of someone is good but one should know when to change, transform, and leave, a situation is better than staying (Taurus) and being with something, or someone, toxic (Scorpio)!

There's more to it. But this is my surface level explanation.

Sorry for the late reply. I should thank Randall for bringing up this thread again.

For North Node in Aries I realized that they're 'spiritual lessons' involve!

-Owning your truth. I know some people who have political beliefs that don't align with those around them and it's their life lesson this lifetime to stand up, politely, towards others, and defend their beliefs, and truth.

-Learning to be more independent! It's a lifetime to learn to not give your permission to others, of course this could be done in a respectful way, to do what you want.

Independence is such a huge theme for North Node in Aries and/or the 1st house! People who want to move halfway around the globe, and start a business in a foreign country, maybe should! The North Node in Aries asks us to honor our own independence, and our own path (s) in life.

-Stay away from toxic people pleasing. Straining to suppress your needs, your preferences, and your path, might result in nasty results: Like anger coming out from you, 'from nowhere'! Being extremely depressed/sad that you didn't go after what you want, in your life path/in life! Or just always doubting your own decisions and not ever going after something you feel is 'right' for you.

This is the best I could do for today. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice! I have NN in the 4th and so does my husband. We just started a family and our composite NN is also in the 4th house. Now I'm trying to manifest that house for our family LOL. Idk about that in this economy though..

North Node in the 4th house can be related to being more nurturing and/or compassionate, not just to your children, but to other people, in general! I knew a woman who had North Node in the 4th house/South Node in the 10th house, and she let her cold South Node in the 10th house take over, turned off some of her coworkers, and I'm sure that played a role in her not getting a few promotions at some of her jobs.

She just came off to cold, and uncompassionate. Also, not always wanting to be public can be karmically favorable to those with North Node in the 4th house. Emotionally nurturing YOURSELF by doing whatever you want, as long as its moral, in your own house/home! People can't judge you when you're in the privacy of your own home!

The Nodes are so complex, a person could write at least three textbooks about it!

Good luck.

My North Node is in Virgo and the South Node is in Pisces.
What would be the toxic side of following the Pisces South Node in the 5th house (fun, family)?
What is the positive side of following the Virgo North Node (demanding critic) in the 11th house? I imagine that following the South is much easier.

Wow, Pisces and the 5th house are really creative, imaginative, and playful, signs!

It sounds like, with your North Node in Virgo, in the 11th house, the universe might want you to get more serious this lifetime! Virgo is a pretty serious sign, and the 11th house can pertain to groups. Perhaps you are to work in big groups this lifetime.

With your South Node in the 5th house, you probably were some kind of performer, stage-wise, and/or artist! You were 'the star.' And you also were very imaginative (Pisces) and creative (Pisces/5th house).

In general, the North Node in Virgo, to me, spells out 'working (Virgo) with a group (11th house). It's possible this lifetime is a lifetime of you getting more of the details, and technicalities, of things, down, more than other lifetimes! You can definitely still be creative but the universe asks you to mind the details, the technicalities, and to learn to work with others (11th house) more this lifetime!

Good luck! Hope you manifest more! And I hope you get what you want!
