Said this many times: my chart does not make any sense when looking at what type of person/energy I attract or what I'm attracted to so it has me pondering how strong ones Vedic and Draconic chart really is. In those two ALL the anwsers can be found but in my natal, it's just: What? I also feel it's a lost cause looking too deeply into the natal to justify certain things. If something is not there for me to see quite quickly, I don't think it's worth the time or carry any weight of importance. In my case it's Gemini. I am a SUCKER for Gemini-anything and this has only gotten more evident with age. It's blatantly obvious in my Vedic chart (huge Gem stellium 11H) and if I were to look deeper into my natal, it's all there in declinations. When I mention the word Gemini to my natal chart, it wants to run away from me LOL. Ironically, I have also become more like a Gemini as I've gotten older. I doubt even the most seasoned person could ever guess I'm a Cancer/Cap. I'd say I was a Cancer up until the age 40 and then it's slowly become more Gem. IP: Logged |

Moon is op Mercury by 3 degrees. That’s it. But moon is in the Gem decan (or whatever it’s called) but I feel that’s looking for things that’s not truly active, like I mentioned. Or maybe it’s duad. Get them mixed up. IP: Logged |

In Vedic, I'm a Taurus Moon/Venus, and I usually love them, but someone I loathe, is also a Taurus. My brother-in-law, who kept sexually harassing me.But it is obvious in my western chart: my 7th house is Taurus. IP: Logged |

Yes. That could be it. I also have the Moon-Merc opp and find Mercury types appealing. But my attraction is more towards what they represent more than the placement itself I.e. wit, ability to play with words, articulate, great sense of humour, interested in many things etc. When I looked at each, I realized that it is actually MY personality that is like that. But the opposition has me attribute it to someone outside of myself IP: Logged |

Yes. Moon is linked to desire and the need to "consume" another. So aspects to Moon must be looked at.I didn't realize the opposition was so potent. This until I started to see patterns. A pretty/handsome face and hot bod do get my attention. I mean who doesn't like beauty that is presented to you on a prima facie level? But it doesn't retain my attention for long. I love it when someone has got an ability to engage me mentally and leave me wanting more. And you are right, Mercury tends to attract one to someone else on a more than purely anatomical level.👍🏿 I have to admit that I do find the bookish looking sort(with glasses) but also have athletic abilities ,sexy.😊 I do however struggle to find a partner whom I am attracted to mentally.That's the tricky part. Most potentials don't engage my attention much and rely too much on how they look to sustain the attraction. 😐 IP: Logged |

I think it's subjective.For me, I always saw Mars as a very 'action-sexual-thrusting,' energy. Venus is romantic, but Mars is sexual. So maybe, attraction, in my biased view, is Mars. ------------------

Charlie,There’s more than one way to see lots of things in a person’s chart. But you, yourself, mentioned the very reason you’re attracted to everything Gemini. It’s your 11th House of Love Received! BOOM! And you’ve got a stellium in your Gemini 11th House, planets in there just loudly rattling around, double-time (Gemini Twin pun intended). Sometimes the answer is TOO simple, therefore we ignore it. I’d say that an echo of that is the Moon opposite your Mercury. Communication, all things cerebral, hands, walking - they all stir up awareness of your emotions or make you feel nurtured somehow. Geocosmic Valentine
