I see your point with Neptune in the 2nd, but imo having Mars in Capp in the 2nd as a Sagg rising would explain better his ability to go after money and get it!

The late degree of Libra rising is a possibility... That would put (under unequal house) his Venus in his 12th house, which can make sense in light of what we know now about him...

And it would put Saturn in his 7th house... This is a man who has never married so that could fit...

I am open to changing my mind on his being Sagg rising, though I am still on the fence. Libra rising would put his ruling planet Venus in his 12th house conjunct Jupiter, and that usually confers extreme luck and with Jupiter, the Angel on the shoulder factor... Not sure about that for him.

Possibility that P Diddy is late Libra rising:

PROS:
--Libra rising: Charming, charismatic, and party animal social mask
--Venus in 12th house (women in his house of suffering and hidden actions)
--Saturn in 7th house (never married)
--Neptune in 2nd house of personal money and possessions (makes money through music and arts)
--Mars in Capp in 4th house square Venus in 12th (private violence against women)

CONS:
--Jupiter in 12th: Angel on his shoulder does not fit HOWEVER, one could say that his Jupiter has protected him from the repercussions of his actions, until now...
--Venus and Jupiter conjunct at 21 degrees of Libra would have amplified magnitude and would affect his ascendant. Unfortunately, I do not see him as a Venus and Jupiter on the ascendant person.
--Uranus and Pluto would be in his 12th... witn Pluto on the cusp of 12th, he would be driven to understand himself and heal his demons...
--Sun and Mercury in Scorpio would be in his 1st house and clearly visible...I don't find him to be an obvious Scorpio. Though others may disagree.

One reason why I think he could be Sagittarius rising, is because he became fully famous by 1997, during Pluto in Sagittarius, which may put Pluto transiting his 1st house then.

His chart completely lacks of fire actually to be that showy party animal. So I think you’re right it should be fire AC. Also, Saggy is one sign to be the most likely to get away with murder.
I had an idea about Scorpio or Aries, or Mars being in 1st or 7th because his surrounding was fearful of him.

It was told people who worked with him witnessed abuse, but was afraid to say something. However, how many people can say something against to their boss…

To me, the shadow side of South Node in Virgo is that they can try to control others, and the most psychopathic of them, use abuse, and manipulation (such as killing, beating, sexual assault), when things don't go according to their plan (South Node in Virgo).

Some go as far as self-destructing, because if one thing is imperfect, then everything else should be imperfect.
