My natal 1H Scorpio Venus squares my 3H (conj IC) Aquarius Saturn.

I've had a LOT of restrictions in my love life so far in all my life, tons of unavailable and/or cruel men, rejection after rejection, only 2 relationships without any love and affection.

Transiting Pluto is coming for my natal Saturn for a conjunction, at the same time square my natal Venus in the next couple of years starting from now.

Apologies for the late reply, I've been off the radar for quite some time, but I haven't forgotten about the topic.

I had a cruel narcissistic father and endured DV for 15 years, my mom wasn't an angel either, unfortunately, so I entered the big world with a significant amount of generational baggage I had to work on for more than a decade.

When I was around 12 or 13 and we had mutual crush on each other with a boy. He wanted to walk me home, but I rather refused - out of fear that my father would spot us and beat the heck out of both of us as he didn't like boys being around me at all (he was stalking me all the time trying to find even the most ridiculous excuses to fingerpoint and beat me, it was very creepy...)

I chose to say no to spare him from the wrath of my father, and I didn't want him to leave me as I've been bullied by my peers for long years and it would have broken my heart. So I chose to completely close off and build a wall. I think this was the point where I started considering love and relationships as something dangerous and deeply hurtful.

It took me a long time to get to a point where I learned to love and respect myself, and at the same time not to close myself off fully from men in general. I have my mindful approach (I don't view anyone as "dating-material" at the beginning, we are just talking, and if we share similar core values it can slowly turn into more - mostly, this is not the case as LOTS of deal breakers turn out and I get the ick, but at least the impact is much less, I move on easily)

Metaphorically speaking, this is like the "Chastity belts "-where the Dad keeps the keys and is thus the "authority" who can allow intercourse to occur.

With such a delay and such psychological anguish attached to sexual expression, the impulse is to self protect against further re-traumatization by (ironically) repeating the pattern of initial traumatization and stunting one's own release through doing what the Father did-relocking the sexual self inwards.

Why? Because it is familiar. Repetition of what was(even if traumatic) is familiar to us. And so we tend to extend this pattern to when we are older.

In this case, you decided to BE your father and keep the belt on. Lock the key away with yourself and deny yourself freedom from earlier psychological bondage.

The question that is important to ask here is;are u claiming asexuality/ demisexuality as a result of sexual exploration and being in touch with what u truly want?

Or are the above labels as a result of the complex relationship that you have with your own sexuality which you fail to comprehend internally and thus find difficult to articulate to others?

The Plu transit to natal Sat by conj(and subsequent square to your natal Venus in 1st house) aims to answer this riddle.

In that this transit wants to ascertain that you are not using labels to hide from yourself or impose restrictions because of the innate beliefs borne from a skewed conditioning of the past.

It will however not be an overnight feat. As this psychologically complex situation didn't take overnight to be created. As such, it will not take a small time to undo or untangle.And this is key.

Because Venus is conj Asc and a woman's sexuality is connected to Venus, this means that sexuality(Ven) is a BIG issue that is tied up to your identity(Asc).

The square from natal Saturn to Venus from the Ic , is how the childhood (Ic) restrictions (Sat) impacts that self perception(1st) and by extension your sexuality (Venus).

So Plu trans conj Ic /Sat is there to challenge that narrative. Interrogate it. See whether the tie between the two is hindering you from true self expression.

The process is likely to be quite painful and at times filled with anger & resentment for "what was". There may even be a need (throughout this transit) to do away with family ties altogether and consider oneself a lone wolf.

Watch for the transit of Moon in fixed signs, Mercury and Venus transiting fixed signs as they interact with the Ven- Sat/Ic square (just like Plu is doing). As these will be points of flux.
